Pottery Barn is the WORST! I spend over $ 3000 on bunk beds in May and paid for delivery and installation from pottery barn. When their installers came they said that they were missing 8 bolts for the railing. I have called an emailed Pottery Barn over 20 times and they still have NOT fixed the railing and added the bolts. The railing that protects my kid from falling is missing 8 bolts and still NOTHING! This is BYFARTHEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! I can’t believe it’s December and still no response. The mattress is horrible quality too! Total rip off will NEVERORDERAGAIN! Shame on them for their total disregard for customer service!

Total let down… The hubby and I recently purchased a rug during one of their«natural fiber rug sales» to freshen up a room in our home. We went to the store, viewed their hanging rugs and paid for our item. The store had staff members load what we THOUGHT was a new rug into the hubby’s car. When we finally got around to opening it up at home, we saw TWOHUGE water stains in the center! Now we had purchased a sale item, NOT a floor sample– and we were totally duped into thinking this was a brand new item! The rug was wrapped in a clear plastic casing and even had fabric ribbons holding it rolled up when it was loaded so how were we to know to ask the loading staff to open up the rug so we could inspect it before leaving the store?! Needless to say I am very disappointed and plan on contacting the store manager about this. But just a tip for you all out there– even if your purchase LOOKS brand new– inspect it before you leave the store!

The one thing I dislike about this Pottery Barn is also the SAME thing I like about this Pottery Barn! It’s a pain in the ass if you go around any sort of traffic time… or sale time for that matter. If the mall is loaded with people… take a deep breath and go with the flow… you’ll eventually get a space to park your car. THEN… you can wait for one of the damn elevators(since it always seems that only one is working and it’s usually filled with Mommies and their strollers… no room for you and your Pottery Barn pillows! BUT…the good thing about this place is that the Bev Center IS large… you can always find parking(albeit maybe not where you want it) and the store itself is easy to get to IF you take the elevators in the center of the mall(they’ll pop you out RIGHT in front of the store on level 6). One story… easy to find stuff in the store. The sales staff is always eager to help and if you don’t see something on the shelf, just ask them. Chances are they have extras in the back. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny if you’re buying items at PB to decorate with… they’ll definitely rape your pockets! Look for sales… this store tends to have quite a few!

A very big Pottery Barn considering it’s all on one level. There also always seems to be things on sale in this one, which is nice. And the workers exchanged a phone of mine, that had stopped working, without too much hassle. I could do without having to enter the Beverly Center, and without having to pay for parking, though.
