Wilshire Royal Apartments The new building group Polaris exhibited really bad customer service when I received a mis leading statement reflecting the rent amount of $ 1752.28. We paid the amount reflected on our official statement sent in the mail, and 10days later we received a document saying we owed a balance of $ 80.74. When dealing with money it is very important that official statements are accurate. People work hard for their money, and it would be nice to live comfortably in a building where the staff is competent especially concerning financial matters. On a side note I will say Marilyn who works under the manager did try and help as much as she could, but she could only do so much without approvals. Officially not a fan of the Polaris group taking over the Wilshire Royale. #rentersbeware
