Let me start off by saying I was greeted with great customer service. I ordered an oyster lunch and catfish night lunch with my sides of choice being fries and macaroni salad. Everything was disgusting down to the unsalted undercooked fries. I asked my for oysters to be cut in half but they were not. Also the batter lacked seasoning and the oyster was undercooked as well. The 2nd star only comes from the girl at the front being such a sweetheart. But as far as edible food look elsewhere. This place is not good at all!

I have previously purchased fish here before. The fish is good and it is fairly priced. Today, however, when I returned home from a typical purchase my wife found glass in her food. While ordering I asked that fresh fish be brought out. the worker was clearly irritated and took a while to do it then he threw it on a tray not allowing me to select it. After he chose my fish he brought out a new tray. This short little man also prepared the fish. When I returned to tell the manager what had happened. He just said«no» denying that it had happened at all. I will be pursuing legal action. All need to know the truth. If you eat at Plaza fish market and make a harmless request YOU’D BETTERCHECKYOURFOOD closely before consumption.

Good place to eat, and you know that everything is fresh, as you choose the raw fish from the counter and they fry it for you on the spot. The meals come with sides and bread, and are reasonably priced. I got a fried oyster lunch with potato salad and it was under $ 6. The wait is a bit long, but usually fried items are. The lady behind the counter was also super nice. If you want an unassuming, down to earth atmosphere with delicious and flavorful food, this is the place to go.

Great place for fish. I always order mine«crispy» to ensure each piece of fish is well done. The neighborhood is not the best, but the service is fast and friendly.
