I called Platform for staging services and Cordelia called me back. She was so nice when I explained our rushed timing (I needed them 2 days later) and asked me to send her pictures so she could get back to me with a quote. She said she’d be by a computer for the next few hours so she could get right back to me. I sent the pictures within 20 minutes and never heard from her again. I called several times to no response. I cancelled another staging company because I had liked her so much on the phone and now because platform didn’t get back to me like they’d promised, we have no staging when we are taking listing photos for our place. Definitely not reliable, and just bad business all around to not even have the courtesy to call me back and say that they couldn’t take on the job. I don’t often wrote reviews (busy working mom), but I called them because of their good reviews on Houzz so I felt compelled to write this! Houzz refused to post the bad review so they still have 5 stars on Houzz!

Platform is awesome! They staged my house for sale in Eagle Rock and did an excellent job. Thanks to their work, my home looked cozy, modern, and super attractive. It was definitely well worth the investment. Thanks to them, we were able to get $ 20,000 over the asking price. I highly recommend them.
