I am very disappointed with this place. I ordered two pizzas and when I opened the boxes, noticed that there was barely any cheese on both pizzas. And only a few pieces of pepperoni scattered on the pizzas. Some slices didn’t have any pepperoni at all. It was mostly bread drenched with a little tomato sauce. I will not be going here anymore.

I don’t understand how this always happens to me. They always and I mean always get my order wrong. I probably order once a month and my order is always wrong the add to much sauce not enough cheese wrong ingredients blah blah blah. I guess the only good thing is the pizza because it’s delicious. They have good service because every time they have gotten my order wrong they fix it for free but it’s just inconvenient to always have to be calling them back. I order from here cuz they are the only place that delivers to my area. But I have to say that the new manager is really nice and understanding.

Very disappointed with the quality and customer service of this location. Did an online order which wasn’t ready as promised. My deal included 8 pieces of chicken wings and an order of que papas. Unfortunately the gave me 2 orders of que papas and no wings. My pizza was missing ingredients, no ranch dressing for my sides. I do not recommend this place at all.

I can’t believe how shitty the service here is. I ordered a pizza that never got delivered although they did take the money out of my account. When I called after waiting for 45 mins the guy I talked to Edwin made every excuse under the sun. His reasoning for not delivering the pizza? They ran out of medium size. How do you run out of medium size? It is dough? When I asked why he didn’t send out a large then his response was«I don’t know what kind of pizza you would have wanted». What??? The same one would make sense. Anyways the guy was rude and I never got my pizza, and my money is still on hold. What a nightmare.

Not a happy customer at all!!! Ever since Numero Uno moved out of Koreatown, I have had to RESORT to Pizza Hut in this location. Although the quality of pizza is good, it’s the customer service that is down right HORRIBLE! I tried to let it go once, when I ordered cheese sticks which included marinara sauce. Obviously this restaurant doesn’t know its own menu since they forgot to include it in the order, the 1st time. FINE! I’LLWAIT! So at that time, the pizza delivery guy went and got the right sauce for the cheese sticks. Mind you, I had already tipped own top of the bogus delivery charge. Now this time! The 2nd encounter with online ordering from this Pizza Hut. I thought for sure that they would remember this time as I thought the first time just might have been a fluke. NOPE! but this time I checked before the pizza delivery left to see if in fact they included the sauce and once again they didn’t. The man told me he would be back in 5 minutes. Those minutes came and went! So I had to resort in calling the actual place and ask where my sauce was. This manager got on the phone and said that all his orders were backed up and the drivers were all west of where I lived. He then went on to tell me that I would be reimbursed for the sauce. How in the H*** are you going to reimburse me for something that already comes with the order? He sensed that I was upset by my tone so then he guaranteed me that there would be a driver out to my house in ten minutes. The driver came 30MINUTESLATER! Food was cold, no apology, and they still got their tip for in competent service. This Pizza Hut really needs to learn the menu.

I give it 1 star because i cant give any less. This is a pizza hut i visited as a child very often but my last two visits the service has been horrible. In june some of my family members and i decided to have pizza. It was a group of about 15. It was 9:30 and they refused to let us eat in the restaurant because they were closing at 10. We didnt listen because obviously we thought we have 30 mins well be done quick. They didn’t serve the pizza with plates we had to go ask. In their restaurant they have about 3 televisions they were all turned on. One aunt of mine was very glad they had one of her favorite shows and she asked if they could please put volume up because it was on mute. Well the girl who she asked very rudely said no and turned it off because it was«time to turn off the televisions» yet she only turned off the one my aunt was watching. My daughter(5 years old) then asked the same girl if she could please have the key to the restroom and the girl said no, luckily another worker heard and he gave my daughter and i the key. My family decided to just take the party somewhere else. Today i ordered delivery online from them. They called i failed to see the call once i realized what had happened 15 mins had passed. I called once again and asked if i could pick it up. The guy said no because he had already«threw it away» just like that and that i would get my money back in 4 – 7 days. If i wanted another pizza i would have to pay again. Very rude guy. Closest pizza hut but never again.

This Pizza Hut has terrible service. It doesn’t even matter if you order online, I’ve came past my «estimated due time» and still had to wait 30 additional mins for them to make it. The sad part is, they weren’t busy. This Pizza Hut has no excuse to be this slow, other than bad managing. Do not order from this Pizza Hut, you’re better off ordering from the next one near by… if not, even little Caesars will save you the trouble of having to wait too long. Terrible terrible service.

This is for a recent purchase, I received a childish pizza out of the two with the second decently warm, probably got a diet Pepsi by mistake. The delivery person called the store and they told him that they couldn’t exchange it. We would of settled for what we had until I tasted the pizza pretty cold. My brother called the store and spoke with this rude lady claiming to be the manager, she was telling my brother that we were making excuses, I got the phone from him and asked who I was speaking with and she told me she was the manager. I spoke to the manager about the soda and pizza, the manager was rude completely telling me that I was wrong and the receipt says diet Pepsi and she won’t exchange it, I told her what about my cold pizza, she said it will be delivered in 30 mins. I asked her if she could just exchange the diet Pepsi for a regular Pepsi and rudely she said no and she will refund $ 3 for the soda. So this smart lady is making me another pizza and have it delivered, but won’t exchange the darn soda because of her ego? And will just give me my money back for the soda. Better if I don’t order from here again, they would probably spit on my food from now on. This is just one of the many mistakes that I didn’t report.

My experience at Pizza Hut was disappointing on 07÷08÷15 at around 6:56pm. –Disrespectful Cashiers Name: Gloria(Black hair, Hispanic lady)— Being the only customer inline at the time, I waited for a few minutes for the cashiers to talk amongst themselves until they finally decided to pay me any attention. When I finally got their attention and was able to start my order. Telling Gloria the cashier I wanted a large stuffed crust pizza with soda on the side. She then requested for my Debit card and I.D. Just to confirm that she placed my order correctly as she was processing my payment. I wanted to doubled check to make sure she processed the correct information to make a stuffed crust on the pizza as that was the only reason I went to pizza hut in the first place, for their stuffed crust. She mentions she didn’t and that I should have said that before. I responded«That’s the first thing I mentioned, stuffed crust pizza». She responds with an attitude. I kept my cool and waited as she called the manager. Then as the young Manager arrives, she had the audacity to say to him right next to me «I changed my mind and I decided to add stuffed crust at the last minute» excusing her self that I was in the wrong. I then spoke up and said«I did not request that in the last minute, that is what I asked for». She then argues with me in a loud rude tone about how I am wrong and that next time I should request the correct order in advance. As I tried to speak up she would shut me out by talking over me going back and forth. I decided from there to just communicate with the manager and figure what was going to be done. After both of them struggling with figuring out what to do as the payment was already processed, the manager then decided to add stuffed crust to my pizza with a sad upset look in his face while avoiding eye contact with me. I took my receipt and waited on their booth for my pizza to be delivered to my table. Then I realized after 10min that she never gave me the soda I paid for. I had to go back and request it. The cashier asks me she needs to see my receipt before giving me a cup for soda. I had to go back to my booth table to get the receipt then back to her. Then after waiting a long time for my pizza, the pizza finally arrived. I asked the man who brought me the pizza to my table, if he could please bring me a to-go box, he agreed yet never did. Disappointing customer service experience. I don’t recommend this place do to horrible customer service. The cashier’s name who attended me so disrespectfully was Gloria.

I hope you’re one of those people who read reviews before deciding on a place to eat. Sigh. D O N O T C O M E H E R E ! ! ! I usually read reviews before going out to eat, but it’s Pizza Hut WHATCANPOSSIBLYGOWRONG??? I saw a commercial on TV and suddenly started craving. We ordered online: 2 med pizzas with the flavored crust(don’t get honey Sriracha btw it’s SHIT) simple. I arrive 10 mins later the time it told me to cause they always take forever to get the pizzas done. Anyway, for some reason I didn’t take my bag with me(it’s 10:30 pm I don’t need it or thought I didn’t) the«manager» Caroline did not want to process my payment cause I didn’t have an ID on me. Hence, my total was 15 dollars and it was not a credit card. Then she went off saying«I order online and it always tells me to bring my ID». LYINGASS you’re the«manager» you get those shitty pizzas for free! If it wasn’t for my sister and her bf I woulda left those pizzas there. Luckily I had a $ 20 lying around in my car Moral of this story is: don’t watch tv late at night or you’ll crave fattening shit. Thanks America. Ps. I hope you get fat from eating pizza Caroline. I give you negative stars.

This place is run by completely incompetent people. The food is fine, my issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the lack of customer service. I live about 100 yards away from this location and I will have it delivered because that place is disgusting inside. Teenagers making out, children running around and employees texting on their phones. They aren’t polite as in a professional manner most likely due to the fact that they have nothing but horrible managers that don’t seem to care about their jobs enough to properly train their employees.

I’m not a big pizza lover, but when I order it for my son and nieces, I only order take-out from this location. I don’t like eating inside because there are always weird shady looking people LOL. And when there aren’t any people, the place is deserted. Once upon a time, this place used to always be full, alive, and energetic. I have no idea what happened. The place looks worn out and sad. The teens that work there are always in a funky mood when you pick up your food. It’s odd because over the phone, they sound fine. They always say it’ll be ready at a certain time but when I get there, I still have to wait 5 – 10 minutes… ummm, so what’s the point of giving me a time? When they swipe my card, the receipt has a place for a tip which feels weird to add since they don’t really deserve one LOL… so my advice is to pay with cash. The pizza and wings are tasty and everyone is always happy. On top of that, Pizza Hut has personal pans which my nieces love(Domino’s doesn’t). The food is not the problem. The workers and the shabby look inside is what kills it.

I was hungry and headed to Goodwill to donate a mountain of unwanted items. En route, we ordered a large pizza and some buffalo wings. They were supposed to be ready at 7:43. We didn’t get it until just before 8. 30 minutes for a carryout order is the longest I’ve ever had to wait. I usually don’t mind waiting but this dingy old Pizza Hut was not an ideal place to have to camp out. I’d rather go to the tiny Pizza Hut at Wilshire/Gramercy. When we got home 10 minutes later, I was excited to dig in. The wings sucked. There’s just no other way to put it. They were soggy and not nearly as good as the wings I ordered a few weeks ago from the other Pizza Hut location.

Uh! Bad memories. I went there to pick up pizza and the customer service sucked. There were 3 people at the front. 1 was on the phone and two were doing something with the register. The lady looked up at me and said nothing. I mean come on if you see someone infront of you you should say something. I work retail. I know how it is. You don’t just look at someone and just ignore them. After she was doing whatever it was she was doing she finaly took my order. I will NEVER go back to that place.
