Pizza Hut

These guys are an absolute joke! I ordered online one day to get the special 2/​$ 6.99 each. So I ordered one pepperoni deep dish and another veggie thin crust. I got there around 8:52 pm and the tv monitor indicated my order would be ready in six minutes and paid for my order. Around 9:14pm, I was approached by the younger lady at the cash register who told me they accidentally gave away one of my pizzas. My option was to wait another 20 minutes to wait for another pizza or to get the pizza they made for the other customer. I just did not want to wait since it was so late, and I was already annoyed by the fact they didn’t even bother telling me this until 20 minutes later.
So after they handed me my two boxes of pizzas, one being a pizza topping surprise, I drove home to find I got two orders of pepperoni pizzas. One deep dish that was originally ordered and one regular crust. I was pissed and grossed out. Both pizzas were nasty and pepperoni was salty.
It didn’t help that the manager didn’t even have the decency to come and apologize or explain himself. He just stood in the back drinking his soda which was also a health department issue.
Never again!

Management changed as did the store and the way it handles things. Problem with these Unilocal reviews is that they’re 2 years old. Take these comments with a grain of sand and just experience it for yourself.

Just received a deal thru my email and this location refuses to take my word that there’s a $ 10 stuffed crust 2-​topping deal that I’m looking at. Wanted to order in advance since we have to do errands in between. Colorado Bl. Branch claims just because it’s not in their system they’re not going to do it! Oh well. They just lost business with me. Tsk, tsk, tsk! That’s too bad that they have no trust on their own ads. Perhaps there stores aren’t in synch w corporate. Just sad… now heading to another pizza place. Difficult to work with.

Gave one star because you can’t give zero, we ordered an extra large thin crust with regular crust and mushrooms ham, olives and pepperoni. WE RECEIVED a large pan crust with cheddar crust. No biggie just an order mess up right? Easy fix right? WRONG. When we called to let them know that they messed up our order and that we wanted to recieve the correct order, we were met with hostility. We were questioned on wether we ordered correctly. Pizza hut repeated the order over the phone and it was correct they just sent us the wrong pizza. The management refused to send us a new one without taking the old pizza back. I have a seven year old niece who had to eat. They already had taken 45 minutes to deliver the first pizza, now they’re telling me it will take at least an hour to bring another one and that i must return the other pizza otherwise they wont give me the new pizza. Im not about to keep my seven year old niece from eating a hot pizza sitting in front of her when she is hungry. Im not going to tell her to wait at least another hour
because pizza hut cannot get an order right. Manager refused to give me his name for at least 30 minutes and when he finally did, it’s Sandro by the way, he demanded my first AND last name. The audacity! I will never order from this location again, i dont even umderstand how this is still open, seeing as 85% of the reviews are one stars. Lesson learned, always Unilocal before you buy. UPDATE: new pizza is still the incorrect pizza order. Your store should stop existing. On a sidenote, im not a mean Unilocal reviewer, i understand small mistakes happen and i am willing to let them slide, but when you are out rightly rude to me and act like you don’t give a shit i will reciprocate the attitude.

They got my order wrong i paid for extra chess is was more like easy chess! And they were 32min late I called and as when would it get here and they said they don’t know Really I can see if this was the first time but no it happens to me two other times! I will never order from this place ever!

Wow you guys need people that can take orders on the phone not idiots picking up and not being able to take orders and we have to keep saying my order over and over and if we ask a question about a special keep putting on hold taking a simple order do not take 10 minutes on the line it’s pizza and nothing crazy or special just 2 large 2 topping pizza wow slow motion give your employees more phone training and manners on how to speak to customers not hey hold on … hey you can use for your family and for people you know not for your costumers you illiterate on educated walking creature !!!

We have ordered some pizza from this Pizza Hut and they were good. I don’t know what has changed about this place, but suddenly it changed drasticaly!. One time they forgot to put mushrooms on our Vegi Pizza! What is a Vegi Pizza without mushrooms?!. The pizza I got recently was the worst one I ever had here, and I had been over charged for it! I used to take Pizza Hut’s side against people who said, ‘it does not have a good pizza,’ come on! What went wrong here?!. I am giving 2 stars just for old times’ sake and being ready on time.

I paid for a bacon cheese stuffed crust pizza and I got a regular pan pizza. When I called they said they got the email that says large pan pizza but on the website after I placed my order, it says Bacon. Cheese. Stuff Crust. So I don’t understand why he got a different order. Also, the delivery guy at first didn’t want to go into the apartment complex bec he can’t find parking. That isn’t my problem. I paid a delivery fee for the convenience of getting the pizza DELIVERED on my door step. Finally, I paid $ 15 for stuff crust pizza that I didn’t get. I got a regular pizza that is COLD! That is ridiculous and the store won’t even help me!

God, this food is aweful. I ordered pepperoni pizza with olives and it was disgusting. I had some alcohol on a good buzz and wanted to eat pizza. Totally forgeting that dominos pizza is way better, i had eaten their nasty shit pizza which gave me nothing but stomach problems, shitting right away and hardcore heartburn. Omg this place needs to shut down, the heartburn was so bad cause the pizza was horrible and waaaaay too oily. Never eating pizza hut AGAIN!

I am so disappointed. I ordered today, 10÷5÷2014 at 12:02pm online and it confirmed delivery for 1:32pm. I called them to follow up at 1:45pm and I was told the driver’s on his way and should be here momentarily. It is now 2:10pm and still no food!!!

Whoever manages this location is a damnnnnn fool! I’d like to meet your lazy sorry a$$! I haven’t ordered pizza in so long. I was very excited for this delivery!!!
Pizza was burnt, hard, and dry (photos attached). Wings were undercooked. I could possibly get sick. I need to go vomit this food out before I get poisoned. My fat a$$ was just so hungry I didn’t care. :(
A $ 5 cheese pizza from Little Caesars is gourmet food compared to this. How could your crew possibly think it’s okay to delivery this crap quality??? Train those 16 year old workers better please. Quality check your sh*t. I could make pizza with toast and Kraft cheese and it would be better than what I just paid for.

I should have listened to the reviews. Against my better judgement… I took a chance because of the TMNT pizza. I ordered online at 6:56 pm. My email said I should receive my pizza by 7:26. I was happy to see that notice… Around 7:46 I called the store to say hey it’s been 50 mins which was reasonable I know… But the customer service rep says «oh the driver just left… he should be there soon». Well the driver shows up at 8:07. I mean that was totally ridiculous. I told the driver to take back the pizza because 1 hour and 20 mins for a pizza to be delivered on a wed night is ridiculous… I will never ever order from this Pizza Hut again. I have never been so pissed off over pizza… The worst thing is… The Pizza Hut is 5 mins away :(

Wasn’t the WORST experience I’ve had. The food was fine. My breadsticks were a lil cool by the time my food was delivered. It took a little over an hour to get to me and I’m very close to the store. The lady said that he has another delivery on the other side of Glendale. So why wouldn’t he deliver mine first I’m on the same street. All I ordered was wings and breadsticks for myself. Anyhow. Ok still not the biggest deal but what shocked me was that the delivery bit didn’t have enough change. My order was $ 13.90 he only had 5 $ so I was shorted $ 1.10. But I was still nice enough to tip him but what the heck. Like how are you going to just say I don’t have enough so oh well? I called the store to complain the lady was nice and gave me a credit.

If you want cold pizza that takes forever to come and customer service, then go ahead throw your money away and order from these douchebags. NEVER AGAIN. Yesenia the manager is a dumbass

Ordered online for caryout said 1:25 it’ll be ready came to the store at 1:38 said the wings not ready yet. I waited for another 10 mins. Inconsistent and bad customer service! I did not receive any apologies! This is the 2^nd time it happened to me in this branch. Corporate office should do something about this branch. Infact I will call them and air my concerns.

It’s adequate when the urge arises. Stuffed crust is the way to go especially if you have a toddler.

Okay. So I ordered one large pizza, with stuffed crust.
It came out to 13 $ and some change.
First of all they did NOT ask to see my id for my credit card and that kind of bothered me.. .
Then the idiot at the register said he was going to run my card through again because it didn’t go through. .
I had already signed the receipt… I asked if he was sure he needed to do it again and he replied with «yes. I’m sure it won’t charge you twice»
…and what do you freaking know?! It CHARGED ME TWICE!
I didn’t even get AN APOLOGY!!! All be said was it would be back in my account within 5 business days. Ummmmn. I’m sorry but I don’t have 5 days. I’m ballin on a budget these days.
To top it off, when I asked for peppers and Parmesan cheese he said they were completely out.
I live up the street from this place but best believe I won’t be coming here again!!!
I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes up the ways to PAPA JOHNS OR DOMINOS!!!

Just some grub: wings, pizza, drink

I’ve ordered their wings a lot… the Spicy BBQ is really good… Could be in my top 5 wing places…
But the Pizza… aaaah the pizza
Ordered it last night.
1 medium: Pepperoni, Mushroom, green pepper and ham! Thin Crust and 1 more of the same thing regular hand tossed.
I could not find any perpperoni in the pizza, there was like many 2 little pieces in the whole thing. about 5 pieces of ham, and maybe 6 pieces of mushrooms. WHERE ARE MY TOPPINGS PIZZA HUT???
The thin crust wasn’t cut into slices, so I tried to pick it up The Whole Entire Pizza came up and it was all stiff as a board… it was scary!
Pizza didn’t really have flavor, people are not friendly here… they always make you longer then what they said it would take.
They only get 2 stars because of the wings, other then that this place is MEH!
