A remedy to a lot of the complaints is to simply pick up your order. Just saying.
As for the pizza, it is like every other Pizza Hut – which has always been my favorite pizza chain. What can I say, «I’m in love with the STUFFED CRUST», even though they seem to have changed the type/​texture of cheese somewhere along the way.
What does not make any sense is this location is less than a mile from me, yet a farther location delivers to my address. Weird.
Anyway, the pizza is good if you like greasy pan pizza (I love it). I don’t like that deals on the website are not offered here. So look online for codes/​deals. You also cannot combine deals and discounts, which is annoying.
One thing to note is that parking here is miserable. One time a car parked in the entrance to get a coffee. I mean, things like that happen here because this plaza is popping, apparently.

I don’t know why this it has a lot of negative reviews, the last time I went here with my friend Jenny is my fourth time, but every single time is alright, I have no problem or any complaints on this restaurants.
The last time I went here I ordered Ultimate Cheese Lover’s pizza which I enjoyed so much, the cheese that melts in your mouth, and covered in creamy Alfredo sauce, we also got Breadsticks; crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, seasoned with garlic and parmesan and served with marinara dipping sauce.
Not the best place for me so far but one of the good places to enjoy and hang out with friends.

The first time we ordered from here we got the wrong pizza! My husband was kind enough to accept the delivery and the wrong pizza because we didn’t want to wait for another hour to get a new pizza! The second time we ordered for delivery there was a mistake in the calculation and AGAIN we were kind enough to not even mention that! The sad thing about that is when my husband called the manager to complain and told him to send a picture, the manager was like «well we r closed ! If u want we will come to take the order and get u your money back! So sad that we gave them second chances and they did not even care!

I am livid.
I attempted to order a carryout order via the Pizza Hut app. I had a coupon code for $ 10 off of a $ 20 or more online order. I tried applying the code to see what my new total will be. It wasn’t applied because it couldn’t be combined with one of the items that I had in my cart. That was okay, so I corrected it and placed a new item and removed the original. Went to apply the code again to see my total, and then a new message popped up saying that the coupon code could not be added because it can only be used once per PLACED order. I didn’t even place the original order. I called this Pizza Hut for assistance and answers as to why my coupon code wouldn’t work when I never even placed an order. The girl who picked up the phone asked if it was for delivery or carryout, and I replied with carryout and explained what just happened with the coupon code. She helped place the order I tried ordering through the app, but gave me a totally different total from what was the actual total from my cart by $ 9 (I was reading off my cart to her while she was on speakphone). She «corrected» the order (a couple dollars off but I was a little annoyed and hungry to care at that moment). I gave her the coupon code and then she proceeded to tell me that the coupon code wasn’t even a code because of the number of characters it had. I was sitting there as to how that’s possible because it worked on my phone that first time. Then she changed her approach and said that the code didn’t work because it can only be used once (really, like that didn’t occur to me when I received the coupon code in the first place). I politely informed her that I didn’t even place my order for it to be transacted and voided thereafter, but she insisted that it was «used» even though I never placed my order. She wasn’t making any sense, and wasn’t being the least bit apologetic about the situation or offered a different coupon to make up for the one that was supposedly «used», she just did nothing. She then gave me attitude asking if I was ready to place my order, and I said they whole point of my order was because of the coupon code I had but now can never use. Without apologies or politeness, she asked if that was it as if she was in middle school responding to her parents request. I of course said yes and I wasn’t going to order when that code didn’t work. She then said «Fine then, Bye.» So I called her out and hung out.
Seriously, that worker needs to be fired from her job. She needs to be professional at her job and not act like she’s in middle school. Management needs to reinforce customer service because that’s what this company as a whole is about «CUSTOMER SERVICE.»
I can’t even give 0 stars because Unilocal won’t let me. Just go to another Pizza Hut or any other pizza establishment. This place will not treat you fairly and if this girl is still there, will no doubt give you teenage attitude.

Good pizza! The new drizzle sauces and crust toppings are so delicious! The service is pretty decent here! Better than some of the other places I’ve been to.

This place is awesome. The customer service is much better than other pizza huts I have been to. The staff was courteous and my pizza was ready very quickly. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Good pizza, salad and pasta! They also have good wings! Customer service is good! They need to have their website accessible for blind people that use screen readers! How about putting one near the Braille Institute in Los Angeles?

This is the Pizza place I go to! After you argue with your best friends about which Pizza to get, this is the place to go, especially if you live around where I do!
The food is very good, ask for well-​done or simply bring it home and throw it in the microwave.
Once you start coming to this place, they give you internet coupons which you can print and use. Sometimes they give very good deals for free!

Pros — they make their Pizzas on time. The taste of the pizza stays pretty consistent. I’ve ordered to go, and many times it was always ready after 15 minutes.
Cons — they run out of the Peppers all the time. Manager says they dont get much from the corporate offices.
Get more peppers and always available at any time of the day then I will give it 4 Stars.

This location failed to deliver my order and the employee was extremely rude on the phone. I also was unsuccessful in getting his name or employee number.
I have ordered from this particular location, at least, four times previously. All of my information should be stored inside the system. After all, I live at the same address, with the same apartment number, and the same name. I always use my «account.» I called 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered. The order was to be delivered at 11:56PM.
When I called, they said they were closed (though, the hours reflected on the site said they’re open until 1:00AM). They informed me that I wouldn’t be receiving my pizza. They never came to my apartment. In order to get to my door they have to be buzzed in. He never came to the door to be buzzed in. Again, I have been through this process, at least, four times before. They claimed to have called me, but I received no such call.
I am incredibly frustrated. I have contacted management. Absent proper and prompt attention to this issue, I will likely never choose this Pizza Hut again.

Yummy wings service is always great !! I love pizza pan. Tuscani tuesday is the best cheesesticks are really good with marinara sauce anyways they open at 10

Super Oily pizza and small burnt topping not appetizing at all unsatisfied costumer returned the pizza got my money back. Waste of my time and was hungry for some good pizza!

Alright Pizza Hut, I have a few complaints about you and your delivery system. I don’t give you my call back number so you can have your driver make me walk outside and hand him a pen when he should already have one in the car. 2.) He asked me where his tip was when I had to walk OUTSIDE. And lastly, thanks for giving me the extra parmesan and red pepper packets that I asked for beforehand, I GOT NONE. AND when I opened up my pizza box the pizzas. Were. Folded. Who in the hell gives the pizza folded and not in a shape of a pie? Thank you again pizza hut for CLEARLY giving me the right choice in not ordering from you EVER AGAIN

The pizza I received is garbage! The dough is raw (I’m attempting to eat it right now). Delivery was fast, but I wish it would have taken a little longer so the pizza would actually be cooked. I would attach a picture, but I don’t see the option here. Really terrible!!!
On a side note, I think I’ll put it in my toaster oven, so it will actually be a «take n’ bake» pizza! At least I can make sure it’s cooked fully through at home…

I’ve never ordered for delivery. always to go. The pizza is always piping hot! with lots of cheese, sauce n whatever topping you want. You have to ask for anything you want… napkins, pamesan cheese etc.
It’s not bad.

I placed my order online and I was very satisfied with the pizza and the overall service. This location is in a very, very busy shopping center. Expect to go around the parking lot a few times before landing a spot. I suggest trying street parking first or paying up the 2 bucks for valet.

This Pizza Hut location is tiny and is good for takeout. The parking lot (like every other parking lot in Ktown) is valet only but you can ask the valet to let you park in one of the couple 10 minute parking spaces.
I’ve always loved Pizza Hut. It’s far better than Little Caesar’s and Dominos and less oily than Papa Johns (which I also like, for the record). I’ve been ordering there for over 6 years and they’re just as good as any other location. I never get my pizzas delivered (why wait an extra 30 minutes and pay some guy to drive half a mile?) so I can’t comment on the delivery service.

Ordered pizza for my family on 10÷2÷11 as we were helping my hubby’s uncle and aunt move out of their apartment. We ordered 4 medium pizza and 16 buffalo wings. When I was making my order, I specifically told them that I wanted to have both blue cheese and ranch dressing for our wings.
We waited ONE HOUR for the pizza to be delivered. I asked the delivery guy if we could have parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. He said that we are suppose to ask for them when we call in for our order. Seriously WTH? I have never heard of that one before. A good delivery guy should always carry those condiments with him. Anyway, when I opened the box of wings, there was no ranch or blue cheese dressing. WTH!!! Seems like they couldn’t get that right either. Talk about crappy service!!! Never again. I have ordered pizza through other Pizza Hut locations before, but this one sucks really bad! Thank God, I won’t ever have to deal with them again!
Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering pizza from this place as they can’t seem to get even the simplest requests done right.

After walking around the mid-​wilshire area for about an hour looking for something good to eat, we decided to walk into Pizza Hut to get a few pizzas for dinner.
They didnt have much of a «special» type thing going on, so we ordered two large 3 topping pizzas and 2 orders of 14 peice wings.
It took 30 minutes, got our pizza happiness and bounced. I happen to think it may have been faster had we just had it delivered. But, hey, we were already in the area for take-​out.
The pizzas were «aight,» nothing to really write home about.

We ordered our usual stuffed crust pizza here.
and as usual ordered it half with chicken
and the other half with bacon.
which is considered ‘one topping’
BUT…
we were told by the smart-​ass manager that
it was never considered one topping.
and that their worker (s) had it mixed up all this time
or whatever.
and before we could even explain/​complain
she hung up on us.
What the fuck right?
So we called back,
ordered the pizza just the way we wanted it (paying extra of course),
waited 20 minutes,
and called back to cancel our order.
Yup, I’m a bitch like that
but she seriously pissed me offffffffff. :PPP
