Love pizza but this location needs to be more sanitary. as I head to the counter to pay my order I notice one of the employee scratching her face and then checking my order this is really nasty that’s why they have hand washing procedures. They also took for ever to come and attend us they will pass and see us and keep their conversation going. manager Silvia with her name tag in her head was rude didn’t even bother to say sorry for the wait. her as a manager should learn how to manage her floor a little more efficient. And they didn’t cut my pizza right

DONOTORDERFROMHERE!!! If I could give 0 starts I would. No one knows what’s going on, I called 4 times to check on my order, everyone kept saying its on its way. It was over an hour and a half still nothing was delivered. Finally they got here BUT they forgot our soda!!! Never ever again will I order here

I ordered pizza with no cheese online because of my dairy allergy. They sent the pizza with cheese. Fine, mistakes happen. It’s a Saturday night, it’s busy. But placing multiple calls to finally get someone to fix the mistake is needless to say not ideal.(first call they left me on hold forever; the second call, they picked up and hung up after I waited a couple of minutes while listening to their automated recording) at my third call, the girl tells me, they«don’t have control over online orders». After I told her that’s really not okay(since I expected at least an apology, not a weak justification), she tells me again that they can’t control online orders. Um okay. Then she puts me on hold for another few minutes while she spoke with her supervisor. She then tells me they’ll send me the correct order, but make sure to give back the incorrect pizza. Seriously? Beyond ridiculous. I can’t eat this pizza, but why be so adamant about giving back a pizza you can’t really use again. The principle of me giving back the pizza just tops off the overall unpleasant experience and completely confirms this location’s poor customer service. Side note: the delivery guy was extremely nice and was very apologetic about the wrong order.

I love Pizza Hut but this location is the worse one!!! Omg where do I began at? So my family and I decided to get delivery because it was raining and we ordered two medium pizza and 2 family size pastas! When we received it, we got the two pizzas but only one pasta, so I quickly called back and the manager Luis answered and said that the driver forgot the other pasta and was on his way back. The way he was telling me this was very rude and then when I asked just for kicks if he can throw something for free for the mishap, he said NO! because it was just an accident and that we are all humans. Remind you, he was saying this with an attitude. So I said already getting mad that this was bad customer service, he gets angrier and said I was the rude one asking for free stuff when he doesn’t need to be giving me anything for free! I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager very cockily, and hanged up. The driver finally showed up with the other pasta and he did apologize and gave us a free soda for the inconvenience. I won’t ever order from that Pizza Hut, they are very rude and arrogant.

Received my pizza. 12÷16÷14 around 9:10pm. Got a veggie lovers. Pizza was soggy… :/dough wasn’t baked enough. You could tell just by pulling the pizza apart never again.

My boyfriend went in on a. Friday night after ordering an hour before online. The cashier who bearly spoke English asked if she could help him. He replied yes I ordered online. As soon as he said that she walked away and started making pizza’s… Kidding me… She left him. standing there for than 5 minutes When he finally figured she isn’t coming back he said something to someone else just standing on the phone. She finally came back and he told her that he ordered online and paid his bill… She comes back and said they didn’t have it ready nor was she offering to make it. She only gave him one other option. He asked for his money back… She was rude and very unprofessional we definitely won’t be getting our pizza from this location again.
