A year on and I still love this studio. Laura really knows what she is doing and has helped me get into better shape and get stronger. I cannot recommend Pilates on the park more highly.

Really love this place! Great space, intimate, quiet, and clean. Monica’s the best. You’ll get a great workout, pushed to the limit but never too far. Initially went in for 1 session and 3 months later… still going strong. Try it!

Never having tried Pilates before, I was a little apprehensive about my first session because I heard it works your core muscles and I know my core muscles are weak. I was worried it would be grueling and painful. It wasn’t. Laura gave me a good work-out, but not overly exhausting — I felt strong and loose afterwards rather than drained. A great way to start the day. Just after that first session I was amazed by how much my posture had improved. My lower back and mid-section felt much more balanced. I definitely wanted more. The studio is beautiful: open, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thank you Laura for your great work!
