One of the best places to come and get a night meal! This place is the first one in mind when it comes to eating out! Super friendly and the wait time is no longer than 5 minutes!

Being that I’m from NYC, I’m biased when it comes to pizza. Sadly, this doesn’t come close but it’s a nice attempt. I like the option of picking my toppings for one price. They use a tortilla press to flatten the dough, which is shameful.

I’m so happy they finally opened up Pieology close to my house. Think of Chipotle, but pizza-style. You pick what you want and they bake it for you right there. Takes around 10 mins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings, meats, veggies, and any dripping sauce you want. All this for only $ 8! So cheap. and The pizza isn’t small either. I usually eat half, and take the other half home. Get your ticket validated for free parking.

Love this place. Unlimited toppings — hello! They also have gluten free crust. That is a major plus for this former gluten digesting eater.(Dear readers, do not choose this lifestyle! Why deny yourself pizza and bagels?) Most importantly, the service is great. The manager knows customer service, and I appreciate that. Pieology is basically a chain, but they run the place like it’s a part of the community, and I appreciate that about them. The employees I’ve interacted with also all had great attitudes. Check this place out! There’s valet parking underneath that is $ 2 with validation.

The pizza here is so delicious! The veggies and the sauces are good. The service is good too. I had some left over and they have small Togo boxes for that near the napkins. I like that I get to choose my toppings. It reminded me of the chipotle version of pizza lol

I had been hearing a lot about this place and recently I got the chance to try it. This place has embraced the Subway approach to sandwich making and applied it to pizza. You get in line and select every aspect of the thing, bread, seasonings, cheese(s), veggies and of course meats, and sauces. You walk along until you’ve selected all the goodies, pay for your pie and wait around a few while it’s roasted to perfection. It’s a pretty dope concept and revolutionary in the pizza world. Next to that ‘Hot n’ Ready’ place(for pizza I mean) this is a huge jump to gourmet, and ready in literally just a few minutes. Can’t wait to go back and give it another try. P. S. — They have salads and sides too, along with«favorites» pre-selected combinations of toppings so you don’t have to worry.

this isn’t even pizza. it’s like the restaurant version of luncheables. dough taste literally like cracker ass crackers and u be daft to think they use any quality ingredients for unlimited toppings. i admit the marketing was appealing enough for me to try it. but trying it once has been too many times already. pls change the name to luncheableology asap. salad bar on cracker ology. cracker plantation. cracker castle. luncheable 101 — put the slice of pepperoni on the cheddar. put it on the cracker. put in mouth. realize that this is way too imbecile at say foodie age 9 years old

This place is great! You get all the toppings you want, including great veggie and meat choices; the service is quick and friendly; and the atmosphere is pleasant and clean. Each pizza is only about $ 8, so it is also very affordable. We will definitely be coming back for more pie soon!

I love Pieology. Yes there are multiple locations, but seriously, this has become my favorite create your own pizza place. It’s basically a Subway for customized pizza. The crust is my favorite, crispy and thin. It’s like they researched and found the best concoction for crust. The toppings are great, I personally love a modified Alfredo’s Alfredo with meat on it. Also, basil after bake is key. Anyway, so good… definitely addicting!

Someone let Alex the employee know that the whole point of custom pizza is letting the customer customize it to their liking. So this idiot was helping me with my pizza and I asked him for Alfredo base, which he gave me along with a butter base I never requested. Ok fine, then we move to veggies and he begins to put mushrooms on my pizza. WTF? Is this guy smoking crack?

Fast and good of topping options. They have D A I Y A ! ! ! Which is awesome for those of us who want to leave milk to the calves. The customer service is also really good. I made myself a BBQ, daiya and veggie pizza which was zesty and crunchy.

Love this pieology location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the food is always fresh & the Resturant is always CLEAN! So this a build your own pizza kind of deal: you select your crust, select your sauce, select your cheese & then your toppings . So happy I stumbled across this place ! Thanks guys :)

It was late lunch and we were looking for a place to eat… The options were Philly cheese steak or pizza… Obviously you know what we chose, lol… For those who think Philly cheese steak, stop reading now. I’ve heard so much about these«create it yourself» pizza places. It reminds me of the build your own frozen yogurt craze, applied to pizza. So being that I get nervous when I go to a new place, I just kinda went with the flow. I got whole wheat bread, I asked them to put«herb butter», then marinara sauce, then cheese, pineapples(my favorite on pizza, if you’ve never tried it, TRYIT!!!), a little onion, and pepperoni… Then more chess on top of it all! Make sure you ask for more cheese to top it off… It’s a wonderful thing to do. The pizza took about 10 – 13 minutes to cook… I didn’t think it would take that long, but oh well. The pizza came out and it tasted like something I would make at home. Now, that is a good thing and a bad thing — Good because homemade stuff is usually better… Bad because if I came make the same thing at home, why would I purchase it outside??? That is why I’m giving it four stars… Cause it tasted pretty good, it’s not the pizza I’m used to, Oh and the one thing I love is the stretchiness of the cheese. It stretched out like crazy when you bit into it, then the pizza would fall apart. Overall it’s good, I don’t think I would return cause it’s just not my thing… I like the old school, regular chuck e cheese/Pizza Hut/Dominos style pizza, But if you like this sort of stuff, go for it… It’s tasty and fairly quick as well.

Excellent organic selections that I absolutely adore! For the pizza you can choose gluten free, wheat, or original dough. There are five cheeses to choose from(Mozzarella, Ricotta, 3 cheese blend, Feta, Gorgonzola, Parmesan & vegan cheese Daiya) they have artichoke hearts(my personal favorite), and all of the other usual toppings– all organic. In addition, they offer salad toppings as well! Candies Walnuts, dried cranberries, and of course, any other topping from the pizza section. Custom Pizza Pies Unlimited Toppings $ 7.95(serves one or two kids;) Custom Salads Unlimited Combinations are $ 9.95 I recommend getting one pizza and one salad to share. Perfect meal combination.

So I came here because the Boiling Crab was packed and I was craving pizza. Line isn’t bad. It was my first time so the menu was a little confusing. My bf and I were ordering two separate orders and somehow they ended up getting confused, and according to my bf it was my fault so I shouldn’t give the place a bad review because I’m just hella bitchy and picky. The mistake was just over a few toppings but it doesn’t give the guy who we informed about the mistake the right to roll his eyes at us. The manager who’s name I couldn’t get was awesome though. He had great customer service and he was so full of energy. The pizza was great and you can play with flavor and toppings. Will probably eat it again… or naaaaah.

Visiting LA for a week and decided to check out this place for a chill dinner with some friends. With a group of 8 and a growing line behind us, they were very friendly and quick with service. I ordered Alfredo’s Alfredo(one of their«favorite pies») on wheat. The pizzas are 11.5″ and I had enough left over to bring home. For 2 pizzas, it was a total of $ 18. Great service, fresh ingredients, wonderful flavor, & nothing that will break the bank. The manager was wonderful and attentive with giving us extra sauces as well as clearing our tables. He gave us a dessert pie with cinnamon & icing on the house and it was not too sweet! I’m not a big sweets fan, but it was delicious. Highly recommend this spot!

Custom Pies seems to be the trend now. While visiting my cousin in LA, decided to drop by here, the restaurant wasn’t too busy and could accommodate our larger group of people. I ordered the Margherita pizza with pepperoni. I like the freshness of the pizza and that it’s made in front of you. The staff was friendly. The pizza arrived pretty quickly. I’m not the biggest fan of the cracker thin crust but they do it well here. They gave us a free complementary cinnamon dessert pizza. It wasn’t too sweet and nice end to the dinner.

During a promotional day, I went down with some coworkers for free pizza before they open tomorrow. Pieology is amazing! The fresh ingredients and the speed at which the food is prepared blows competition out of the water! The owner Mary was such a nice lady and helpful with questions and suggestions! Will definitely be going back!

The pizza is made fresh and there are many options of toppings to choose from. In only 5 minutes and for $ 7.95 it’s a pretty good deal; with unlimited toppings on your 11.5″ pie. You get to choose from the type of dough, a variety of sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetable toppings. You can also add any sauces after your pizza is baked for extra flavor. They also have their own creations which are known as the ‘Pieologist’s Favorites’ if you just want something original. I love that I can add whatever and as much toppings as I like without extra charges. I like how their pizza comes out thin and crispy where you don’t feel bloated because you ate too much. This is a spot I would definitely come back for a decent light lunch that won’t be over filling or leave me hungry in two hours. They work fast here so your pizza is hot and ready in no time. They also have Classic and Caesar salad if you want something even lighter. And you can build it with whatever you like. I can’t wait to try the side and sweets, they offer savory herb butter stripes and sweet cinnamon sugar stripes. The manager was outside passing out the free pizzas samples and talking to us about their grand opening on Friday, July 24, 2015. Everyone seems very friendly here and my co workers and I will definitely be back soon.
