I brought them 2 diamond rings (which he tested as real), a Murano necklace directly from Italy (retails at $ 130), and a Swarovski crystal ring and he told me he could give me $ 25 for one diamond ring. I thought he was joking with me for a second. Meanwhile he is selling old glitchy TV’s, worn shoes, and beat up power tools. Don’t go here to sell jewelry, do yourself a favor and go to a higher class establishment.

I trust these guys with my stuff while they’ve given me a loan. Sometimes you just need to get a little money to get by and the gentleman I worked with named Alex was really cool and professional. I had to pawn my iMac for a period of time and helped me get the money I needed. I’ll be back to do business with them again. Really great business.

I was looking for diamond earrings and decided to check few pawnshops. Pico Union turned out to have the best selection of jewelry and great prices. Purchased couple of presents for my family and a nice necklace for myself. Olga was very nice and knowledgable. Highly recommended!

These people obviously don’t know about computers. I took in my 2012 MacBook Pro and the woman insisted it was a 2010 without even logging into my computer and checking the «about this Mac» section. They don’t know about technology or how to find the worth of your items. Do not pawn your electronics here as they do not know about computers etc. Actually do not pawn anything here. SMART PAWN on Crenshaw is a much better pawn shop, check them out!

Quick and painless process by Jorge and Alex. Explained every step over a loan in detail and didn’t loose patience when I kept asking questions and reassured me everything. Very professional and quick service. Everyone’s polite when first walking in and greeted me with a smile. Thank you guys !

I came in today hoping to sell my two sneakers that I never wore before. The sales representative Rachel told me that they usually take in air retro Jordan’s and no nikes, but she still took a look at em and actually decide to buy them from me. They are very friendly and provide great service.

Good service. Knowledgeable. I feel like I got a fair deal for my merchandise. I came back today to put a beautiful 2 carat diamond ring on layaway. They worked with me and allowed me put a little less then the minimum down. It’s a nice lil birthday ring for myself! I saw it the first time I came in and couldn’t stop thinking about it since. I love it and can’t wait to get it out and on my right hand!
The people in here were helpful and pleasant. I’m happy to say that they are my first experience with pawnshops and now it will be my first stop before purchasing. Btw, if I would’ve purchased the ring from my regular jeweler, I’m sure the ring would have went for at least 5k.

Was in the market for diamond studs checked out a few retail stores Daniels, Kevin jewelers and Zales the all had a large selection but prices were to high for me. After consulting with one of my girlfriends she suggested to check out pawn shops, I googled pawnshop close to where I was and came across Pico Union Pawn Shops which had decent reviews so I gave them a shot. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who showed me pair of diamond studs that I instantly fell in love with!!! Who knew that a Pawn Shop would have actually nice Jewelry and friendly staff that want make you feel like you got a great deal which I did.
From now all my jewelery needs will be filled at this pawnshop!

I came here to get some $ for my J’s. I was surprised how helpful Alex was he gave me a great price for my shoes and was super friendly. I have taken my shoes to other places and always got low balled and treated bad, Not here at pico pawn they were all very professional and gave me a great price on my shoes. I recommend anybody who is looking to sell or pawn there stuff to come here. This pawn shop is by far the best pawn shop I have ever been to.
