I wish I had know this place before buying countless and useless products online. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you choose what’s fit your personal need. I was nursing a lumbo-​sacral joint pain, so I was in need of a donut cushion. Turned out, it wasn’t the right fit and she showed me the next best thing: a donut wedged cushion which was way better and more comfortable than the traditional donut cushion I previously bought online. They have a good inventory of equipments to ease your pain and help you get around. A must to visit if you’re considering buying any orthopedic item. Great prices.

Great service. Meynard is a gem! My 96 year old mother has needed numerous medical supplies over the years, including an adjustable bed, and Pico medical has always helped us to get exactly what we needed. For professional, knowledgeable, sensitive and kind service, they are the best.

I broke my ankle and couldn’t fathom how I could survive even a single day at work getting around on crutches. I live on the Westside so asked the Internet about nearby local surgical/​medical supply rentals so I could rent a knee-​scooter. Pico Medical was nearby and the reviews were all positive and certainly did not lead me astray. The customer service was fantastic; I had to wait a few minutes until someone was available to help me but once an employee was available I received her full attention. I was able to rent the knee-​scooter with no problem and also found the price for the rental extremely reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful. We needed a step stool to get in and out of bed after a member of the family had hip surgery. We tried it for several days, but it was just too high. Pico Medical Rents took the stool back no problem. No receipt because they recognized my husband.

*Rented a wheelchair for my grandmother for a month, a right wheel started to feel not so smooth so I brought it in, they replaced it to new wheel chair immediately and couple days after I broke the belt by mistake, they didn’t charge me for it when I returned it.

The staff really tries to help answer your health questions and find the products that will help you. They carry a lot of good, quality merchandise that may be hard to find, especially all in one place, everything from braces for body parts, scales, car cushions, and heavy-​duty medical supplies for injuries that are acute to chronic. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

He really knew a lot about how to care for my ankle sprain and recommended some great products to take with me on my 3 week vacation to Asia. Now I feel very prepared to leave tonight. Horrible customer service, no help, wanted us to come back after five to see the technician to buy a part cuz nobody else wanted to take the time to look… then he says it’s Monday, Wtf isn’t that a work day, would not come here every again. Please find a better shop with better help that will go out of their way for the handicap.

So great having such nice businesses in la. Their customer service is fantastic, they are extremely friendly and helpful. The prices are really good. We rented a wheelchair for a week, they brought out the different types and let us sit in all I them. Also, I wasn’t able to turn it in on time because of work and they didn’t charge me for the extra day.
