Phoenix Nails

The owner is always mad like she hates her job, rushes you and hate doing designs, she cut me and never even apologized. She’s good at acrylic but not worth the headache. Phoenix #2 is owner by her also, her husband is there, does your nails while he plays games on his phone!!! Stay away!!!

This place should be closed down by the State Board of Cosmetology!
In fact, I should be the one to give them a call! This nail salon is disgusting!!!
People reading this PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER ENTERING THIS PLACE!!!
They do not even sanitize their foot tubs/​Utensils!!! Please be on the look out for that!
The pedicurist I was going to see prepared the foot tub she has just used on someone else with out cleaning it and wanted me to sit down and dip my feet in there!!! I called her out on it and left!!!

I shouldn’t even give one star to this place. They are so careless about custumers. I have been a regular at Phoenix nails until last week when I went to have my pedicure. Not only I waited until 9:15 p.m. With my little 4 yrs. Old but when it was my turn the lady told me she was tires and if I could cone in the next day. I was a little disappointed but understood as I was tired as well. She said not to worry, that I wasn’t going to wait in line next day. She was going to take me as soon as u came in since I had already waited. When I came in next day, she was doing one pedicure and had another lady waiting in the spa chair. She said I’ll be next after the second lady. After one hour she sat down two other ladies and started to work on one if them. When I asked her she said I had to wait until she was finished with them too.
Very disappointed to see how unprofessional she was.

Usually good fast service I drive out of my way to come here because they are the best at pedis for me. I was surprised by the bad reviews but maybe I’ve just been lucky. It’s not the fanciest place but the staff is nice and the prices are the lowest I’ve found so…

I really do like this place for french tip and gel nails, I’ve came here plenty of times I’ve only been disappointed with the work twice out of roughly 7. Overall it’s decent pricing but very very UNORGANIZED plan on waiting for 2 – 3 hours.

My sister and I wanted to try this place out we were greeted decently and they immediately sat us down on two nail desks. We were asked to choose our colors when we were finally ready they did not have those we then chose from the ones they did have, I was then moved to a different chair because a nail tech needed the chair when they were ready to do my sisters nails they moved me yet again to a diff. Chair once again another nail rep needed the chair and I was asked once again to move chairs (every time they would tell me where to sit) for the 5^th time I was asked and that is when I decided to not get a service from this place anymore I will stick to my usual place. A little tip of advise if ur not ready for a client let them sit on the waiting area we are not here to play musical chairs!

The first time i came here i was impressed the prices are sooo cheap! I came here again and they took a long time to do my nails the person who came after me got their nails done before i did i ended up waiting 2 hours! Cheap price but, very unorganized!

I use to come to this place often to get a pedicure and at times a manicure as well. On Tuesday afternoon I came to Phoenix to get a pedicure since I still haven’t found a nice nail salon in Long Beach. I regret not getting the name of the lady who was doing my pedicure because she did such a poor job AND an amazing job in giving me a toe infection. As she was removing dead skin from my left big toe she digged too deep and cut me from between my skin and nail and I started bleeding heavily, the lady kept putting some blue stuff on my toe to stop the bleeding but my toe kept bleeding some what. I honestly thought that my toe will heal on its own but now I realize how serious this cut has been and not only that but I have developed an infection. I guess I’ll be going to the emergency room today to make sure nothing serious is happening to my toe. I am very sad to say that I will NOT be coming back to this nail salon again.
