Peter Erdelyi & Associates are Prompt, Reliable, Easy to work with. They are highly qualified Structural Engineers who are very knowledgable about local codes in the Greater Los Angeles Area. I am an Architect with 25 years experience. I have used them often and they are the first ones I call for most of my projects!
Peter, the founder of the company is extremely personable and very helpful. Their projects usually pass through plan check, even in Santa Monica, which is a very difficult City to permit in, without a hitch. I highly recommend this firm!

I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF!!!
Peter was hired to look at our roof to either confirm or refute that the product was the correct weight for the existing structure. The office sent someone that I really felt did not fully understand what he was doing. $ 475 later, I received a report that basically stated: «The new product is close to the previous product in weight. Our office will not confirm or deny if it is. You should hire a structural/​civil engineer to give the correct calculations.»
