Perversion

I’ve been going to this club since it was on Hollywood blvd. always great music and great crowd. I even followed it through some of it’s moves. Love Perv!

The first club I ever went to when I turned 18 and it was at the ruby, I’ll always have love for this place.

I have been going to goth/​industrial clubs since Kontrol Faktory in high school (crap I am old). I love Perversion even if I only got to go occasionally. This new location is really good. I like to wide open patio area and a certain dark corner…
Anyways, the main dancve floor is a little oddly placed but works. The music is as good as always. So come out and DANCE

I’ve been going to this club since it was on hollywood blvd and through a few of it’s moves here and there. I do love this new location the best. It’s so HUGE!!! Still one of the few places I can go to that plays music that I enjoy and that I can wear a huge unicorn hat and most ppl won’t really bat an eyelash (or I’m so locked away in my world that I forget to care)
At any rate most ppl here were nice and it’s fun to sit back and watch everyone dance as well.
SUPER AWESOME! I hope that I’ll be able to come back again really soon.

I first spoke these words to my buddy William Wallace (aka Deus Ex Machina) back in 1999 when he brought me to Perversion and they still hold true to this day for me at this event & venue near the hearts of Hollywood & Los Angeles.
This event, even over a number of years and different venues, without question is a great Thursday night hallmark for me for the Darker Beautiful Musical Events.
THE DIVINE MUSES OF DANCE & MUSIC
I’ve been coming to this event since 1999 when I was first seduced by DJ XIAN VOX in the side room just off of Hollywood Boulevard, and also along with Bruce Perdew.
And now DJ Amanda Jones has taken over a helm at the mixing board here at Perversion. Her incredible talents of cutting-​edge music selections, avante garde mixes, and their tireless «education» & promotion of the newest, most eclectic music-​projects, the reverence for older classic musical-​artists, and the exciting events every Sunday night, and promoted via their own company-​website of
, makes it remarkable dancing fun.
AMBIANCE & MOOD
It is a most transcendent «Twilight Heaven» I have ever experienced. On a more general note, I must give props to these movers & shakers in this «movement», for it is their energy that keeps the dancing movement in these clubs going strong.
THE LOWDOWN
Perversion remains for me one of the longest running club-​events I continue to enjoy when I visit and work in L.A.-Hollywood.
