If you wanna meet with the rudest lady in whole Los Angeles– or maybe even US– take a short time to check out the manager here! Elisa Yashar the manager (she deeply insists and enjoys calling her self manager), is a rude and the most unprofessional landlord I have ever experienced my whole life.
I have the same story that other reviewers have shared here! I really wish I had read these reviews before getting into the place! I lived in a one bedroom apt there for 20 months and at the end she charged me for the carpet and paint. Not to touch it up or clean the carpet but rather the cost of changing and repainting! Can you imagine! The carpet was just dirty as you would expect a carpet which is used for a year and a half. No stain or torn parts other than normal wear and tear!!!
And when you want to talk to her! One expects from a mature lady to be patient and talk patiently specially if she is running a business! But this is what you hear from her: «I am not going back and force with you any longer! I am the MANAGER of the company and I am really busy…»
She subtracted 1000 $ from my down payment for a ONE bedroom apt which in no means was abnormally used and what I can do now other than sharing my experience! I should have guessed this though as here was the only place where asked me for 2000 $ down! This was a red flag I didnt notice!
Last last advice: Try to protect yourself from her!
