Unilocalers. Don’t waste your time reading all the posts listedhere(Not being aggressive to the others, but it was stunning enough for me.) Just go and have their foods. That will explain everything. 5 Star guaranteed restaurant.

I dropped by this newly opened place a few days ago and really glad I did it! People here talk about it a lot so I decided to check it personally. I ordered Eggplant parmigiana and boy was this the most delicious meal I’ve ever had. As I couldn’t stop I also ordered Ham and Mozzarella served with Tomato & Basil sauce and Tiramisu. The taste was fabulous! Everything is made in-house and fresh. Portions are large so it would be ok to share it with a companion. I saw in the menu they use organic ingredients only. Probably that’s why I was so overjoyed. The other day I decided to take out from Pasta Sister and of course it was pasta. I made it out at home for a lunch and it was AMAZING. Now I am counting days till the weekend to go there once again and try their gnocchi. They said this is their specialty. Since they opened in our neighborhood their gnocchi had become legendary. People say they’re fantastic. Have to add that the staff is very friendly and really know how to treat their customers right. They need to enlarge their quantity of tables because their popularity grows so fast. From now on this is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood.

Best pasta I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure the family who opened the restaurant just moved here from Italy a few months ago. The mother and son were speaking Italian. Everything was just so authentic about this place and delicious.

Super fresh and authentic pastas and fresh baked breads. I got the gnocchi which literally melted in my mouth and the three cheese sauce was light yet super flavorful. The options here are endless. Desserts are homemade. Must try!

So basically found this place on Unilocal on our way to a usc basketball game. SOGLAD I DID. My girlfriend is a pasta lover, and hard to please with all the plain pasta out there. I went with what the man suggest, I love spicy, I got the spicy spaghetti and girlfriend went with the lasagna and also got a fresh baguette. All 3 items are to die for!!! Let’s just say this, I left the baguette in the car while we watched the game and took it home last Thursday and today is Sunday and just made a sandwich out of it and was still the best bread and so fresh. I live in Riverside and would love to take a drive out again because it was that good. KEEPUPTHEGOODWORKGUYS!!!

Wow! Best Italian food I’ve eaten A N Y W H E R E! Everything is Made Fresh. And from Organic Local Sources. Which is Great for those who care about what we Eat. The Staff is Wonderful they show they really care to have you as a Customer. It feels like you’re eating at a Friends House. My First choice was Spaghetti Vongole Unfortunately they were Sold out. So I picked Pappardelle with Bolognese sauce. Out of this World. My Friend had the Lasagna, He said it was the Best Lasagna he ever had. We also had some appetizers Calzones with Ricotta and Spinach. And the other had Ham and Mozzarella. This was served with the Tomato & Basil sauce. Excellent. So simple but oh so good. I took my Dad the Chicken Milanesa with mashed potatoes and Grilled Veggies. He was Impressed. My Mom had Wild Grilled Salmon Grilled Tomatoes and Grilled Veggies also Another Winner. For Desserts we had the Butter cookies and hazelnut cookies. Crazy Good! I can’t wait to have them with a cappuccino or Espresso. My Buddy had an Apricot? Looked like a cobbler. Another Winner. See You Monday! They are Closed Sunday

The pasta here is about as authentic as it gets. I recommend the homemade gnocchi with bolognese and the pasta salad.

Ok, let’s begin with Francesco. He’s amazing! And the only brother of the Pasta Sisters. He greeted us with a warm welcome and immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. I ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomato basil sauce and my boyfriend ordered the last plate of spaghetti and clams. Both dishes were outstanding to say the least! Their tomato basil sauce. so good! Everything is made fresh in-house and it definitely comes through in the taste. We will most definitely be back soon. Thank you Pasta Sisters and brother!

Such a lovely addition to the neighborhood, wish they’d come down to our stretch of Pico, selfish, I know, sorry. I’ve been in and picked up the following to go from Francesco and family: meat lasagna; spinach crespelle; as well as a few specials, pappardelle with porcini cream; and spaghetti con vongole(clams). But for a preference for a little heat via red pepper flakes in the white clam, everything is delicious, perfectly cooked, and very reasonably priced! The homemade pasta, the perfect tasty vehicle for the thoughtful sauces, all distinct. The case also has a full array of sometimes hard to find in one place cheeses(caciocavallo; taleggio; burrata and fresh mozzarella direct from Italy; ricotta salata, etc), meats, fresh pastas and sauces. Bonus, they’re open til 7:30 so you can pop in late on your way home and still get delicious food to go, hot dinner or to cook later. I’m starting a 30-day cleanse this coming week, I’m glad I stopped in last night! Even met a neighbor, love that!

I finally tried this place. My house is walking distance from this restaurant but they are usually closed by the time I get home from work. Anyway, I finally had time over the weekend to stop by and try some pasta. I ordered the spaghetti with bottarga. The last time I had this dish, I was in Italy and honestly this is better. My wife ordered the meat lasagna and again, the taste is fresh and top notch. My aunt lived in Italy for a few years and Pasta Sister’s lasagna is on par with my aunt’s or maybe even better.(Sorry Auntie Tina). The service is friendly and the red headed guy behind the counter(Pasta Brother) was funny and informative. I’m looking forward to coming back to this place… I might even leave work early sometime this week and get me some gnocchi. Welcome to the neighborhood Pasta Sisters!

Sooooooooo happy this place is so close. Hopefully this will inspire other small family reastauramt businesses to come around. We are a neighborhood ready for change, and desperate for fresh, clean food. The prices here are more than reasonable, the people were so nice… I can’t wait to go back and try more. And that baguette! SO fresh! Yay! And Welcome!

YAYPASTA! Wow! I’m so excited that my neighborhood is starting to open up more restaurants that are unique and new. Pasta Sisters is a great addition. PS is a small eatery in an unassuming plaza. But once you are inside, the store is so adorable. Customer service is great! Everyone is so friendly. The owners talk with great enthusiasm about their ingredients and they are so excited about you trying their food. The food is so well thought out and detailed that every bite you take will be perfect. A good example of this, would be the eggplant parm. I’ve been searching far and wide for the best one in LA and this eggplant parm is «melt-in-your-mouth good». It has that perfect touch of crisp and crunch on the outside layer with the sultry taste of tomato, basil, cheese and eggplant. The eggplant parm is very light tasting compared to the really heavy eggplant parms that I have tried at other places. Oh yeah! Try their fresh pastas and sauces I am on a mission to try them all. Extra bonus: there is a parking lot! Thank you PS!

Whenever I go through pictures on my phone and come across the pics I took of my order from Pasta Sisters, I suddenly remember how delicious and amazing it all was. Then I get hungry. Then I get hangry. The little restaurant is authentic and so is their genuine passion for what they offer. I asked to switch out the sauce on one of the orders but there was slight confusion. The cashier thought I meant I wanted to change the ravioli sauce, which was made for the ravioli, so when I asked the cashier looked as if her heart dropped 10 ft under… not because she’d need to press more keys on the terminal but because she truly felt it wouldn’t be as good. She asked me to reconsider but also said the customer gets it the way the customer wants. If that’s not superb customer service I don’t know what is. Portion size: Easily enough for a food coma Price: Affordable Parking: Goodluck Customer service: Excellent Taste: MMMmmM!

Fresh homemade and authentic Italian pasta! I recently needed a caterer and was recommend the Pasta Sister, and I’m really glad we used them. I ended us ordering, pasta, sandwiches, and desert from them. They arrived at my house a few hours before the event to finish making the meal, ensuring its freshness! My guests loved everything. The owners are really nice and easy to work with. My notes for anyone using them: 1. Their portions are large so air on the side of less is more. 2. Sandwiches are tasty but they don’t have a lot of meat in them. 3. If they’re cooking at your place make sure you ensure they really clean up after themselves, otherwise you’ll be stuck cleaning up after them.

So came in again for lunch take out, and this time I got theFresh tagliatelle Bolognese, and Tiramisu for dessert. The Tagliatelle was delicate, soft and perfectly cooked, and heavenly. The Bolognese sauce is to die for! It is a perfect blend of rich savory flavors, so so good, that again, I finished the plate in 5 minutes… definitely recommend! They make everything fresh here, the pasta is the best part for me, it is handmade in heaven…

I stopped by this newly opened pasta spot with a few seats to dine in. There’s bar seating along the window and a small table. The family is very friendly on the phone and when you come eager to please. They used to have a catering business, some of their clients being the movie studios. This family is from Northern Italy. Padova(Padua) in the Veneto region of Italy near Venice to be exact. I heard they had panzerotti so I was looking forward to taste it. I ordered the spinach and ricotta which was a little bland. It came with a side of tomato sauce. The taste wasn’t exactly what I remember tasting in Milan. This is a different version than theirs and not as flavorful as Luini. Maybe I needed to get the meat version. I’m a fan of the take home pastas. They sent me home with the tagliatelle which I would have to cook and a pine nut pesto sauce. I made it at home today for lunch and thought it was absolutely outstanding! I could have imagined having this dish at an upscale restaurant. The eggplant parmigiana dish was also a stand out today. I was going to save it for later but decided to have it for breakfast. Yes, I’ll eat anything for breakfast. That was excellent as well. These pasta dishes were the stand out stars here. They told me that the gnocchi was best dining in there at their storefront. Highly recommended for their fresh pastas made in-house to dine in or take out to make out home! They also have Italian desserts to choose from The chef here of the sisters is Chef Paola. They cooking from recipes handed down from their great grandmother from the mid-1800s. For a taste of homemade Northern Italian food, I highly recommend a visit to take their pastas on site or at home. The gnocchi is their specialty.
