Party Discount

A very last minute order of six chairs on Christmas Eve… they did not disappoint! I was a very happy party goer.

I usually order my jumpers online, but I had a last minute party and I was passing by Party Discount, I stopped and im glad I did, Angie had great costumer service, reasonable prices. Definitely will be getting my jumpers from Party Discount. Did I mention my kids loved the horse wagon jumper? Well the absolutely did! Great experience all around.

first off let me start by saying that i have done business with this store 4 times and never had a problem with their service till the 5^th time i rented from them which is now. so here goes, i rented 4 tables, 30 chairs and a jumper for about $ 104 with sales tax. i have only rented a jumper 2 times from them. the first time everything went awesome but this time it went downwards, the first issue was that the delivery guys were an hour and 30 minutes late so that delayed my time to set up the tables and chairs for my kids party also causing me to pick up the cake and food over an hour late since i did everything alone, second issue was the jumper blower motor stop working and kept shutting it self off every 10 seconds after being on for 3 hours. the only kids that were in the jumper was my 9 year old daughter and my 2 year old son so the motor must have been the problem. i tried calling their store but they were closed. left a message and got a call the next day but couldn’t get to the phone in time for the call. received a message with an apology and was told that they will test out the jumper and see if it mimics the problem it did with me and if so i would receive back $ 27.50 for my trouble i had prove of a picture with their jumper plugged in to a wall and the jumper deflated i ended up having to use my own small 8×8 kids jumper but it wasn’t the same thing for my kids. well its been 2 weeks since their birthday party and i never received a phone call to let me know what happen. i called and got the answering machine again. this bothered me like hell and makes them look dishonest and i will never do business with them again. i am very pissed off over this because i paid good money for this and their stupid jumper blower motor malfunctioned and ruined my kids birth day party. i would suggest that if you do business with them to please make sure the motor doesn’t look all faded from the plastic cover and that it doesn’t look like its been worked on before with a bunch of silicone all over the front power cover like my rental did.
