Park Gramercy Apartments

These apts are so small. They are of a size like a walk in closet. The hallway smells of all types of ethnic foods/​scents. It’s not in a great neighborhood and there is no parking. So if you want to take the risk sure. The best way to get in touch with the mgr is through the property group, they set me with an apt ASAP. However, when I got there my apt was rented out and there was none available, waist of time. He still let me view it and to say the least I was displeased. It’s looks NOTHING like there advertisements!

First we e-​mailed the Manager and we were told that we could stop by anytime. When we arrived, after driving about 30 minutes in traffic, we were told that we needed to have an appointment because she was busy doing paperwork. So we made an appointment for a few days later. When we arrived the second time someone burped into the call box but did not come out to greet us. After waiting about 10 minutes, a very nice workman told us that the person that we were there to see was not there and would not be back for about 45 minutes. He showed us the apartment that was available which we did not like. The whole building smelled like old food. The parking that they advertise is extremely limited and you don’t have much of a chance of getting a spot underground. I would not let my daughter live in an apartment with such rude management! The only reason that I gave it 1 star is that the front courtyard is nice and the outside of the building is painted nicely. Much nicer on the outside than it is on the inside!
