Paradise Motel

Place is kind of a dive motel. The television cuts in and out, there is only one channel, no remote for the television and also no phone in the room. Was three total towels in the place, one hand towel and two shower towels, two small bars of soap and that is all you would find in the room plus an ice bucket. Pros to the room the bed was decent, was comfortable. The paint in the room looked fairly new. The floor was very dirty though. If you were to walk on the floor barefoot your feet turn black. Location was nice though. Desk help was straight forward and helpful. If your looking for a motel that is just a bed, toilet, and shower. Oh also a sink outside the bathroom with a mirror.

The man’s name is «Eric» he has the worse attitude and brings this place down, anyone else has a great attitude but his is the worse. Just make sure to not deal with him and you’ll have a pleasant stay.

I stayed for a week for a family trip on a daly bases and it was a really nice experience, the room is very well maintain, the room service is excellent every morning we got service. Really nice and peaceful place to stay alone or with the family. Very well located and very good rates! Thank you guys I’ll be back soon!

I recommended this place to a family memember to stay. It had cheap rates but the owners were so rude. I would not recommend this place again.

Came here after driving all the way down from Washington. I guess the front desk guy didnt like the cut of my jib. He asked me how long I’d need a room for I said about a week, he then began to explain they only rent on a day to day basis and that I’d have to check out and check back in every morning, then continued to inform me that he had no rooms available today as he quickly glanced down at 7 room keys sitting on his desk (I’m assuming they were available room keys) and glanced back up sheepeishly. Not only that but about 3 of the room doors were open having just been cleaned (all empty) and 2 other rooms were being cleaned as I arrived.
Anyhow I found the desk guy to be a bit sketchy with the explanation. I found another room about 30mins later further down Sunset Blvd and out of sheer curiosity I called Paradise Motel to see if their were any rooms available. and wouldnt you know they had several rooms available!
So yeah I don’t know what this guys problem was, perhaps I looked a little haggered after driving 3 freaking days a couple thousand miles and he didn’t like that. Anyhow keep up the good work bud.

This place is amazing compared to all the roach motels in the area charging like twice the price! It is very clean, no nasty carpet. Perfect in a pinch, was $ 65 when I stayed there including tax. Tons of tv channels and free porn! If you’re into that haha. But it has been updated and don’t let the outside put you off. The rooms are well taken care off, modern nicely designed furniture, decently comfortable bed. I would def. stay here again and/​or for multiple days even. It is central to downtown and Hollywood. Perfect location and nice staff. Very refreshing after dreading I would have to stay at one of the roach motels in the area that charge $ 30-​$ 40 more and have roaches, black mold and syringes under the bed! Or my fav the hotels that have signs up saying the police regularly check the premises because of drug dealing, prostitution and gun problems… Anyway seriously this is the best place for this price level.

It is what is it! Went here on a whim as the place we stayed didn’t have another room available for us to stay an extra night. Comfort Inn, Super 8, all booked. We kept driving and found this place. It was whatevs, bed, table, chairs, shower, toilet, a tv that has a free porn channel!!! haha that was funny.
Its fine when you need a place to stay pronto, like we did.
