Worst pizza delivery in LA. NEVER AGAIN. Do NOT get delivery from here. They suck at everything. Pizza was crap. Took an hour to get here. And order was totally wrong.

Ordered pizza just now. Ordered it before8pm. Got here at 9pm. Pizza an. Chicken are cold, driver said call the manager. Asked for extra sauce, barely any sauce on it. Asked for normal cut, got a double cut. Mind you Papa Johns is .7mi away. Excellent job… NOT

Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza for lunch! It was great! It didn’t take to long for the pizza to be done and when I picked up the Customer service was very fast and attentive! I’ll becoming back very soon!

First and last time ordering from this Papa Johns. It had been a long time since I had delivery pizza, but I was craving it so I decided to give it a shot. Pizza showed up missing toppings and generally just incorrect. Tried calling the location, but was promptly and rudely hung up on. Went to my email confirmation to see if they provided any additional contact information. Nope. I guess they figure if we can’t tell them how much they suck, then it’s sorta like it didn’t really happen… Lame.

They have become so cheap now only giving me 1 garlic dipping sauce for 2 pizzas, no napkins and they overcharged me. This isn’t the first time they have overcharged me so I would beware of these dishonest scammers!

Live in West Hollywood and have been ordering from this location for about 2 years. Sucks that they stopped delivering to the 90 069 area code. Guess we will order from a different pizza joint from now on :(

If it was possible to put ZERO STARS I would do it. But I can’t and I can’t even post the picture of what has been delivered. A Picasso. A piece of work. It looked like a bunch of elephants shuffled on top of it. So disappointed because now it’s cold as ice and we are disgusted.

Ordered a double pepperoni with Italian sausage and I guess they forgot the other pepperoni and barely any sausage. No point of adding in extra and being charged extra if it tasted like card board and it was not fresh. The cheese has been dried out and the pizza is cold. It would have been better to buy a frozen pizza and heat it up and save money than to buy here. Would not recommend to this place

UPDATE —
I got an email from corporate saying that the local branch would be contacting me to resolve the issue.
The local manager called and said ‘I’m sorry you did not get the pizza right, we were busy’ and then hung up! Absolutely pathetic representation of a national brand that pretends to be reputable.
