I ordered delivery from the website. I put an automatic tip(decent) on the credit card. The delivery person couldn’t even get out of the car and bring my order to the door. I had to walk out of my building and down to the parking garage. The driver was just waiting in the car… What’s the point of paying to have it delivered? If I could take my tip back, I would.

Called in for a pickup. Got there and the door was locked with the people inside. I had to bang on the door for them to open up. If you are open, why is your door locked?

Have ordered from this location a couple times now for delivery and every single time it’s taken an hour and half for my order to show up. I’ve given them a few tries but won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again.

I just left this location and was absolutely disgusted with the poor service. They got my order wrong and then had the ordasity to blame me!!! The icing on the cake was to come face to face with one of the rudest most ignorant empkoye called Joanna. She should absolutely never be in a customer service job. I deserve an apologie from this franchise and Joanna. Thanks for ruining my day.

Slowest pizza chain ever!!! It should not routinely take an hour and a half to deliver a pizza down the street, yet that’s what I’m told every time I order. Time to find another pizza place.

Goodness gracious, how can a pizza place suck this much??? This Papa John’s must be the worst place you could order takeout from — slow service, rude service, bad(cold) pizza. Total fail. I ordered a large pizza at 11:53, the email confirmation gave delivery estimate as 40 – 50 minutes. That’s long, but I was hoping for the lower end of that range… An hour later the pizza was still nowhere to be found. :( At 1 pm I couldn’t wait anymore and called and spoke to «J»(I will not use his full name to avoid fully embarrassing him, but dude! You suck!) He told me nonchalantly that I should wait another 15 – 20 minutes, because the driver left«a bery looon’ tine ago.»(You don’t say?) Finally my pizza arrived at 1:19 — that is almost an hour and a half after ordering it. And of course it was stone cold!!! Because the protective sleeve the delivery driver uses can only keep a pizza warm for a while, but not for this long! What pizza place does that other than Papa John’s on Westwood? So I paid for a crappy pizza that had to be re-heated, PLUS was taken for an additional $ 3.25 to have it delivered from less that 2 miles away and see it arrive an hour and a half later. I’m so disappointed.

What kind of place take 2 hours for delivery and charge $ 3 delivery plus tip! Everyone must be working while sleeping there… my soggy pizza!!!

Worst experience I’ve had from them, 1st time the guy who brought my food didn’t even give me the correct change and there was some fiasco with that, now I just got off the phone with them and the woman hung up on me as I was about to ask her one other thing, avoid at all costs!

Can’t expect much from a pizza chain, especially if you got your pizza for less than $ 4 from a Super Bowl promo. But when I order a pizza with sausage and mushrooms on it, I expect my pizza to HAVE sausage and mushrooms on it. Where were my sausage and mushrooms? I felt like they were distributed on max two slices and then all I got was a cheese pizza. I did NOT pay for a two-topping pizza to only get a cheese pizza. No thanks, Papa John’s.

0 stars for customer service. I ordered a pizza online, and my e-mail said it would arrive within 40 – 50 minutes. About 30 minutes later, I call to check on my pizza, and the guy who answered the phone tells me it is in the car for delivery and will be at my door within 10 – 20 minutes(on par with the e-mail confirmation). Another 30 minutes later(1 hour after I ordered), I call back and ask where my pizza is, and the guy who answers the phone says, «The delivery guy should have been there already.» I know. That is why I’m calling you. So, I demanded a refund of the $ 2.99 delivery fee. At this point, while I’m still on the phone arguing with the guy at Papa John’s about the delivery fee and the wait, the delivery guy shows up. The delivery guy tells me the price, and I told him I was on the phone with the guy at Papa John’s, who is going to refund the delivery fee. The delivery guy says, «What do you want me to do about that?» He’s lucky I tipped him at all. I’ll never order from here again.

Don’t get thin crust– too thin for my liking! Last time we ordered a pizza, it was only a 10 minute wait. Somehow the 12-inch«large» pizza doesn’t seem too«large». Parking is, as usual, a hassle, you have to parallel park somewhere down the street near the surrounding apartments.

I’ve ordered from and/or eaten from Papa John’s 4 times in my entire life. I want to meet Papa John himself one day personally so I can punch him in the nose! Sorry Papa, not only does your pizza suck, so do your over the phone order takers, and your drivers! Ordered from this location one night while I was at work. I had to pull a late shift. I put in my order and was told it would take 35 – 45 minutes. That’s fine, I said. As long it gets here hot, I don’t mind the wait. Called them in an hour to ask where my pizza was. «It’s on its way homie!» I was told. Homie? 20 minutes later, still no pizza. I called again. «It’s not there yet? That’s weird. Let me call you right back.» 15 minutes later, I was done with my work so I took off; no pizza, no call back, no nothing! The following morning, my neighbor tells me that a pizza delivery guy showed up about 10 minutes after I left. That would be an hour and 45 minutes from when I put in my order. This past Monday, working late again. This time with two colleagues. We decided to order a pizza to share. They both voted from Papa John’s. Great! Put in the order an in about an hour the driver shows up.(It’s Monday night football, I get it). The pizza is cold, the cheese is hardened, the sauce has dried to an almost paste consistency, no packets of parmesan or pepper flakes as requested. The diet cokes must have been sitting on top of the pizza box because they were room temperature. I ask the driver how much, she stares at me, I ask her again, «how much?», still nothing. she mumbles a few words in Spanish. I have to reach down, hold her hand, look at the receipt and take care of the payment that way. I tip her, she doesn’t even say thank you,(no joke, but i don’t think she knows how to in English) and she walks away. Thanks Papa John’s. Thanks for crappy pizza and crappy service. Have never been a fan of «fast food» pizza joints but Domino’s and Pizza Hut blow Papa John’s away!!! NEVERAGAIN!
