Everything fine, despite being a supposedly busy period. Ordered online with a 50% off coupon, which was certainly the only way their prices are affordable. Arrived for pickup about 15 minutes later, order was ready, two pizzas and garlic knots No problems, pizza was fine, not as greasy at Pizza Hut but maybe also not as thick and tasty. Garlic knots were plenty greasy, and — you guessed it — pretty tasty. They have no parking for customer pickup, need to take your chances getting the one 30-minute spot in front of the store on Westwood Blvd. Bring a quarter for the meter.

Piss poor service and on top of that I was lied to. Dominos is only one block south, this franchise just lost a customer today.

Sup with all the negative reviews? I did not experience of that. This Papa Johns delivered amazingly, hot, delicious, perfectly cooked pizzas to my hotel room and on time! I would certainly order again, and not sure why others had such bad experiences. So GOOOOOOD!

Wow. Haven’t been to a papa johns for years and this experience has scared me off for good. First of all took forever… We waited a good 20 min or more for one large pizza… Fine – they needed time to make it from scratch? Worst yet they only give one container of sauce and charge $.50 for any additional. SERIOUSLY… last I went(few years back) they gave as many as you needed. At least give two! Defo not enough for one pizza ESP if you’re sharing with other people. But what earned them this poor rating was how rude the lady was when she gave us our ONE pizza after 20+ min… First of all they left out the extra container of sauce I paid for. And she didn’t include or asked if we needed cheese and/or pepper. Isn’t it standard to give at least one of each? When we asked her for the sauce and cheese packets she said hold on and proceeded to go check out other customers while we waited. Unbelievable. I won’t even go into details her inconsiderate attitude. In this case, believe the 2 star rating and avoid. Next time I’m goin to Pizza Hut! :(

Tried the $ 10 large pizza w/3 toppings — decent pizza, good toppings. Just a 10-minute wait from when I placed the order(went to the store location myself)

Wow. Worst service ever. I ordered Papa Johns last night shortly before 6pm and was quoted 40 – 50 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later we still had no pizza so we called the store and they said«our delivery guy just left and orders are now taking over an hour» — well that would have been nice to know when I placed my order. RUDE. Then, when the pizza FINALLY shows up about an hour and ten minutes after ordering we ask the delivery guy for red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese and you know what he says? «You have to call ahead for that — it’s 10 cents per little bag» SERIOUSLY? What is the world coming to?! A pizza place charging for Parmesan and red pepper flakes? Injustice — that’s what that is. Oh and«how was the pizza» you ask? It was AWFUL. Luke-warm, barely ANY sauce — it was basically bread with some cheese and a few pepperonis thrown on it. Awful.

I don’t get why everyone is so angry!(I mean some experiences do sound :/.) Maybe it’s because my boyfriend and I always ordered online. We lived like down the street, Wellworth and Veteran. and we would often be too lazy to cook so we ended up ordering pizza online. There are a lot of coupon/deals online… Usually it would be like $ 11 – 12 for a large pizza. up to 3 toppings? And we would load it on with meat and extra cheese haha. So after we ordered online(yay papa points!!), we would pick it up. They were usually quite generous when we asked for paper plates, napkins, pepper, cheese, and !! The guys are so nice: D(I think they recognize us after a while)… I like to dip my crust into marinara sauce. so I think at least twice, I’ve asked if I could switch garlic butter sauce for marinara sauce, but they would just give it to me: D. Whee. I’m in NY now and it seems like chain-pizza places aren’t as popular since everyone loves NY pizza. But I miss Papa Johns a little…

Came here for the $ 10 for 14-inch«large pizza» — which includes 2 toppings — ordered thin crust, should’ve ordered thick crust, the thin was very THIN and toasty! Not burned however. They were very sparse with the onions :(and the sausage :(made me miss Little Caesar’s for $ 5~ *for $ 2 more, you can upgrade your large to any of their«specialty» pizzas… on the bright side, there was only a 10 minute wait! So we shopped around at CVS right across the street.

Meh. My office orders from here every time we get pizza delivered at work and it’s decent but I wouldn’t go here on purpose. I’m not picky about pizza(I like Little Caesar’s, and frozen pizza from the grocery store) but something about this pizza is lacking. I just don’t get excited about it.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for me, my bf, and my roommates last night from this location, but it took an hour for them to deliver. I was so hungry I almost passed out. The only thing I gave them 3 stars is the pizza taste delicious, all four of us were very satisfied. Domino’s Pizza a few block down south is a little quicker in delivery, but the pizza is not hot and crust by the time it gets to my apartment. I’ll order Papa Johns here from now on. More delicious options! The Works and The Meatzzz rock

A group of us tried to place an order for delivery from here last night. I say ‘tried’ because the guy on the end of the phone at Papa John’s just could NOT understand my friend. It took about 5 tries to get her address right… and it’s not a complicated street name — by any means. He struggled to get her credit card number right, and was unable to do so. We gave up on the delivery option and went to pick up the pizza instead. The pizza: pretty good. Just the right amount of toppings, cheese and everything — and it was still piping hot when we got home. We got an abundant amount of pepper and seasoning on the side. Garlic bread: Greeeeeeeasy! OMG, did they just pour hot oil right over it before they put it in the box? It was so greasy that it leaked THROUGH the box, into the pizza box, and all over my friend’s legs on the drive back. Can we say… disgusting? Feel free to order the pizza from here, but avoid the garlic bread!

OMG i love Papa Johns. Now this location specifically could use a little work. Not as horrible as the other reviews, but then again if i found a hair in my pizza i would but a friggin lugnut too! Anyway, my friend and I were looking for a quick bite before a movie so dropped in. They lost only one star because it took longer than they said, but we were on a time crunch so by the time we got it, we ended up Hoovering(yes like a Hoover vacuum) the pizza since it took so long. However, this pie was delicioso, so they kept their other 4 stars.

they were a bit slow with the pizza, bout 45 minutes from the time i ordered. online. i arrived about 15 min after placing the order, figuring i may have to wait 5 or 10 minutes. but. ended up waiting more than ½ hour. pizza was typical papa johns. but the crust was extra thing. maybe 3 or 4 mm thick only. not even possible to pick up the slice and eat it. it was so thin and frail. oh and they were out of red chilli peppers AND parmesan cheese. other than that, its like any other papa johns i’ve been too. positives. employees were courteous.

There was HUMANHAIR baked into the cheese. And it wasn’t like one stray piece — there were several strands, on top of the pizza and baked into it. Completely, completely disgusting. Do NOT order from this location. Want pizza? Try La Monica’s. Human hair? Papa John’s.

I wish I could give zero stars DISGUSTING and I have been eating papa johns pizza for 14 years. Nasty old ingredients, store filthy, staff rude, I hope this place goes bankrupt. Only a fool would eat here.

The online ordering system is really convenient but that’s one of the very few pluses about this place. It’s not really THAT cheap. And they charge a delivery fee. The orginal crust is a bit too thick and dense for my taste, and the meat pizza is really salty. The salad is a rip off for the quality and amount that they give you. The only positive note was that the spicy buffalo wings are well seasoned and tasted pretty good, although hot wings are hard to screw up in general. I miss Pizza My Heart!

Wow, this place is getting slammed… I don’t see what the big deal is! I’ve ordered twice from this location. Both times they got my order right and it was right on time. The pizza isn’t gourmet, but it satisfies the craving for cheap, greasy pizza. I’ve never experienced rudeness with them. I was helped out a lot the very first time I ordered with them, and the second time, I used the online order system which worked great. In fact, the pizza arrived early! All in all, it’s average food, but I don’t know if the service is *that* bad(in my experience). Just one thing: steer clear of the whole wheat pizza crust. It was just gross.

I don’t think even one star justifies this pizza place. I should have tried ordering from Pizza Hut(my usual place) to see who would arrive faster. Basically, I live half a mile from this joint, but it always takes over an hour for the pizza to be delivered. I figured I might as well go local and the wait time would allow me a few minutes to get some errands done around the house. But here I am… waiting for over an hour… and no pizza. And the sad part is that the pizza really isn’t that great anyway.

I agree with Violet, this place is the worst! I ordered pizza for my department meeting tonight. I took advantage of the online ordering, figuring I would be able to take my time, compare prices, and get the most for my dollar. I placed the order at 11am, and set the delivery time for 7:15pm. My meeting wasn’t until 7:30, so I figured there would be a couple of minutes in case the driver was late. I called at 6:50pm to make sure everything was on track with my order, and was placed on hold for 6 minutes. When the guy got back on the phone, I asked about my order, and he had no idea what I was talking about. I gave him the order confirmation number, and he confirmed the order. I asked him if the order was still going to arrive at the specified time, and he told me, «Dude, be patient.» WTF? Be patient? I placed the order over 6 hours ago! I waited for the driver to arrive, and after 20 minutes past the delivery time, I called back. I asked the same guy about my order, he claimed it left 10 minutes ago. Keep in mind the restaurant is less than 3 miles from my work, so I figured it would arrive any minute. The delivery driver finally calls me at 8pm. Yes, 8pm! That is 45 minutes past the delivery time. On top of that, the driver was at the wrong address. Again, WTF? I will never oder from this place again, the service is bad, the driver’s don’t know where to go, all in all, a huge disspointing mess!

NAY. Employees are very much on the rude side. Furthermore, this location doesn’t honor any of those coupons that are obnoxiously stuffed in the crack of your door or rolled up in your mailbox… at least, thats what they told me before they HUNGUP! Too bad, because they are so close and convenient.
