Horrible service… the guy who took the order had no clue! One hour and a half later… No Pizza! Called them back and told me they have no record! Is not the first time. …too bad! They lost a customer!

Ordered from pap johns multiple times in my life so I know the menu very well. My boyfriend called and ordered on the phone and when he asked the guy on the phone what kind of wings they had he proceeded to tell my boyfriend buffalo was all. Confused after he finished and hung up I looked on the website to make sure I wasn’t loosing my mind. In fact I wasn’t they have six flavored so I’m not sure why we ended up being forced into ordering buffalo wings.

I’m going to state right off the back there is nothing wrong with this Papa Johns as far as customer service nor have I had any bad experiences from dealings at this particular store. I’ve always received very good and prompt service and the people working here are on point! They represent the 2 stars Food: Every since my college days I’ve had on experience with papa johns that made me crave it all the time– the cheese sticks with garlic sauce. Now this was years and years ago but every now and then I get intense cravings. It’s like nostalgia creeping through my taste buds. I dream about the late nights, eating papa johns before going to a crazy graduated dorm rooftop party etc… However, as I’ve grown up my taste buds can’t really hand this anymore. The garlic dip is pure fat, don’t get me wrong it’s good but I had a realization yesterday eating my cheese sticks– they’re worthless without the garlic sauce. They lack taste, texture it’s just dough and a slither of cheese with no real seasoning. I even tried it with the pizza dipping sauce, which by the way is disgusting I’d rather have 50 cents canned tomato sauce. For now, I think it’s time to bury some of my nostalgia and save my $ 5 – 7 bucks for a good adult taste buds meal. Will I ever order from papa johns again– probably but will I kick myself when I realized the same realization– pretty much.

They were fast, they were friendly, the place looked clean, and the pizza was good. No complaints from this happy customer

They were over 45 minutes late and brought the wrong order. Avoid this location if at all possible.

It took the delivery guy almost an hour to deliver my pizza. Mind you, I live less than a mile away from this location. I figured, maybe they’re busy because I did order something that’s a special from Monday to Wednesday. I went outside to wait for him and he called me to let me know he arrived at my house, but he wasn’t even at my HOUSE! I know my address was correct, but apparently, his GPS was wrong. He apologized and apologized again in person, but still… really? You’re 5 minutes down the street. The pizza wasn’t even hot, there wasn’t extra sauce like I asked for in my order, it was dry like it was just sitting there at the shop. I don’t order Papa Johns often and when I have in the past, I enjoyed it, but I’m done with you guys.

Very typical Papa Johns pizza, specializing in delivery. You might have a table inside the restaurant but this restaurant is more for delivery than walk-in. Pizza is as much yummy as you can expect from other Papa Johns. No more than that, no less than that.

If there was a minus star I would so use it right now! Staff is obviously not trained properly. The guy that answered the phone(Thomas M.) made a rude comment about my last name thinking I didn’t hear him. I asked him what he said and he said he was just kidding? I then asked to speak to the manager(Carlos Fernandez) and the phone was not on hold. I could still hear him talking to another person and he told her what he said to me and she started laughing with him. Another lady answered the phone and said the manager wasn’t in and to call back tomorrow morning. How can they run this type of chain restaurant without a manager on sight? Obviously these employees need more basic training. Ridiculous poor customer service. Uneducated & rude people working there, which is probably why they are stuck there working at a pizza joint.

There is a small parking lot for the shop. Ordered online and picked up. The thin crust wasn’t the best I’ve had from other Papa John locations. Like the original better.

This is the worst Papa Johns ever. The last couple of times I ordered from them the pizza has been cold and it takes them almost an hour to deliver less than 15 blocks away. This time I placed my order online and afterwards called the store to ask them to be sure to send it warm because my last few orders have been cold. The girl who answered the phone responded that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get my order to which I responded«what does that have to do with me asking that it not be delivered cold?» and then she just repeated the same thing. When I received my order not only was it cold but it was also undercooked, had hairs in it and the cookie I ordered was raw. I don’t think it was a coincidence that it came that way since I complained that my last couple of orders were cold. I am so completely disgusted that I will never order from them again. I spit up what I had in my mouth and threw out the pizza and cookie. Unfortunately not all Papa Johns are run the same way, they definitely need to be more on top of things!

Horrible service I called to order w/delivery and I was put on hold for 20mins. They told me it would take 40mins to get my food when I live less than 5 mins away. I decided to pick up instead. The delivery guy was packing someone’s food sauce spilled and he put it back in the order then licked his fingers. I feel bad for whoever is getting that order. Never again!

I was promised a free pizza on my next order because I was delivered the wrong pizza(wrong size, wrong cut, wrong toppings) and I called back a couple days later so I can redeem my promised pizza but the person refused because the person who promised my pizza«forgot» to note it onto my account. I probably won’t be calling back again to fight for a free pizza but just saying… that is BAD service.

Worst delivery experience ever! First let me say that the only reason I ever order from Papa John’s is the garlic butter sauce. This particular time I ordered 3 extra garlic butter sauces. The driver was late, it took him over an hour to go less than 2 miles, my pizza was cold and rather giving me 3 garlic butter sauces that I paid for, they gave me 3BBQ sauces. When I told the guy my order was wrong(yes, I will fight for the garlic butter sauce), he had the nerve to argue with me. He told me, «at least I got sauce.» Yes, well, I paid money specifically for garlic butter sauce. Why don’t the drivers keep extra garlic butter sauce in their car? I’m sure that happens often. Because of this driver’s attitude, Papa John’s has lost my business forever. I will also discourage all my friends from ordering from them as well. Get some better employees!!! Preferably employees who understand the service industry.

Wow, guess only me and a few others are Papa John’s fans up in here? Despite poor ratings, I’ve always been satisfied with this Papa John’s Customer Service and delicious Pizza. LOCATION&PARKING Located on N. Vermont in East Hollywood across from the Braille Institute and right next to Que Rico! There is a parking lot, BUT it has a small, circular layout that makes it crowded and difficult to pull in and out of parking spaces. So Be Careful! SETTING NOT a place for dining in cuz there’s only 2 small tables inside. More of a Order-and-Pick Up my Pizza spot. CUSTOMERSERVICE My boyfriend and I usually order online off the Papa John’s website, which is pretty cool cuz there’s an animated part where you can build your own customized pizza by adding your desired toppings. Since we’re nearby, we always order for Carry-Out to pick up rather than delivery. Once your online order is completed, the estimated time of when your order is ready should appear and you should get a confirmation email. **TIP: IF you live close, I highly recommend ordering online first then picking up your pizza! Especially since most Unilocalers say Delivery here sucks! Can’t personally account for that cuz we only do Carry-Out. The estimated wait time when we order 2 Large pizzas is typically about 15 minutes. Almost every time we arrive at Papa John’s, our pizzas are hot, fresh, and ready for pick up! If our pizzas are not quite ready, we’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for our order. PIZZA We usually get 2 Large Pizzas for a little over $ 20. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality and size of the pizza. My favorite is a simple Pepperoni & Sausage pizza drizzled with their infamous Garlic Butter Sauce, which is like crack cuz it’s so damn good and addicting! The thick breaded pizza crust is perfect for dipping in the Garlic butter crack or Ranch. **TIP: Besides my Usual, other good flavors are The Works(Meat & Veggie combo) and the Italian Sausage and Diced Roma Tomatoes. SPECIALOFFERS One of the enticing ways Papa John’s gets customers to join their Papa John’s Rewards is through their Superbowl Coin Toss gimmick to win a FREE Large 1-Topping Pizza. Simply visit the Papa John’s website and create an account to join Papa John’s rewards. Provide your email, vote either«Heads» or «Tails», then watch the Coin Toss at the beginning of the Superbowl game. If you guess correctly, they’ll email you a promotion code that MUST be redeemed online to receive your FREE Large 1-Topping Pizza. Though it «sounds» too good to be true, it’s definitely legit cuz my bf won his pizza back in 2013! **TIP: NOT sure whether Papa John’s is doing the Superbowl Coin Toss THIS year, but I’d look out for IT in the commercials or check their official website. Cuz who wouldn’t want a FREE Pizza right? Overall, Papa John’s quick customer service and delicious pizza continues to satisfy me and I’ll probably keep returning to try the other pizza flavors. I’ll also keep my eye out for those Papa John’s commercials cuz Superbowl Sunday is quickly approaching! ;)

Found a 2 inch piece of wood in my pizza. Called the store and was told that a pallet had broken off in the mushroom boxes, & they thought they had removed all the small fragments. Instead of throwing out the contaminated vegetables, they decided to serve it. Will never eat from this location ever again.

I’m so fucking done with this place. I order from this place somewhat regularly because it tastes way better than Pizza Hut and Domino’s and is cheaper than the«gourmet» pizza places in the neighborhood(e.g., Cruzer, Pizzanista, Two Boots). But maybe 4 of the last 6 orders have taken twice as long to arrive as the quoted wait time. And every time I call them on the phone, without fail, the person who answers says, «Oh, the driver just left a few minutes ago! He’ll be RIGHTTHERE.» Well, I call bullshit. These liars are not getting any more of my business. (There’s another Papa John’s equidistant from me the other direction, and I asked if maybe I could order from them instead, but apparently that’s not possible. Their delivery areas don’t overlap, and I’m stuck with the shitty Papa John’s.)

Papa John’s has a couple of great pizza deals. The two toppings option is sweet! As long as you’re not extremely crazy hungry, you could probably share a pizza regular sized pizza. The employees were nice, however they forgot to give us the additional garlic butter we asked for. Oh wow, garlic butter to your pizza crusts, what a great idea. I like how they open your box to make sure you’re satisfied and can examine what you got. Lovely pizza. I’m sure I’ll return!

I love Papa John’s pizza and have for years in the many cities I’ve lived in. But this location has taken over an hour to deliver my orders on the last 3 occasions, even though the confirmation email clearly states a 30 – 40 minute delivery time. This last time I called to inquire about the wait, citing the time from the email; the operator argued with me that the wait time was 40 – 50 minutes. Even then over 50 minutes had passed! If you want your order on time I’d recommend another location.
