Food is pretty good at this location. Came to order 3 seperate orders and employee JAZZ gave a very rude attitude about me ordering. Because i have a stuttering problem. And she kept rolling her eyes and making gestures to get me to hurry my order up. Besides that JAZZ was also rude to other employees to clean and do their job while they were doing their job. Great place. Rude JAZZ

Great place. Very fast serving and fresh food every time. Gets crowded every now and then but is central for people that live and work in downtown.

So let’s start by saying that I’ve never had an issue coming to this Panda Express, until tonight. I’ve enjoyed coming here for the simple fact that it’s open late and it’s not too bad, BUT the reason I am giving it a one star rating is for the simple fact that ALY&CLAUDIA are 2 stupid little girls who say unnecessary things about customers thinking they’re discreet when in reality they’re not, this little dumb server ALY had the audacity to say«this is why American people are so fat» when I had ordered a serving of chow mein. #1 if you feel the need to say something idiotic while at your job, walk the fuck out and get a better job honey, nobody is asking you to be a fucking SERVER for people who are making something out of their lives while you stand there hating because all you’re good at is pouring some fucking chow mein and orange chicken onto the plate, and #2 make sure your other idiot conworker doesn’t make eye contact with the customers and laugh as you say the stupidity that comes out of your mouth. If you feel the need to say something smart, don’t be such a dumb bitch that you say it at your job because last I checked, if the«fat people» of America weren’t purchasing the food, you’d be out of a paycheck leaving you to the alternative of still serving food to people because it’s probably all you’re good at. That service was uncalled for and unnecessary, next time you say something smart, make sure you’re not loud enough so that the customer can hear you OR at least say it when you’re off work. Good luck with your food serving, I’m sure it can be a master profession.

First thinsg about this place that i like is that its open till about 3am! Always full, what do you expect its panda near a university campus. Parking is kinda difficult here, just park on the street a bit a way and youll do fine. Rice and chow mein are always coming out so you dont have to worry about getting those fresh. Other items on the menu… you might have to wait. Best night to come here Sunday when its absolutely empty. Order ahead if you want. Also free entrée when you fill out your survey on the receipt. Great food. Dont give the staff a hard time… they are trying their best.

The Shift Leader and Store Manager lost complete control of the team. The entrée’s and sides were not ready and the team was too busy bickering and passive-aggressively shifting blame on to each other instead of working together to solve problems. The Store Manager was completely non-existent, clueless, and woefully unsympathetic about his team’s unproductive performance and lack of customer service. I frequent this location often and I am used to experiencing wait times during high volume periods but today’s complete breakdown of store logistics left a bitter taste in my mouth that was only made worse by my partially stale carryout order, an order which I waited 20 minutes for AFTER having paid.

Very limited parking for a very busy Panda Express near the USC campus. On the day of visit, service was not great. The gal who started my order gave me a very small serving of chow mein and steamed rice compared to the individuals before or after me — seemed very subjective as to whom she would give the standard serving to or not. Based on this alone, I felt like I highly over paid for my meal because what I ended up getting was the kids meal instead of the standard combination.

I just had Panda Express for lunch my first time coming to this location since its the only one near my job. This is my last time going to this Panda Express my food was old… not fresh at ALL. I tried the sesame chicken breast and two pieces out of four yes I said FOUR little piece like really but two pieces was tender the others were hard and over cooked. Then theres the rice and noodles which were NOWHERE near FRESH. This was such a disappointment esp considering I spent $ 10 on the two dish meal with chicken egg rolls and NODRINK thats a bit pricey smh $ 10 for horrible old food… never again I’ll tell ya that much. Smh

I came to this Panda Express at 2:21am and they already had their restrooms closed off. I bought a full entrée with a medium sized drink. And I had to use the restroom and they gave me the excuse that the restrooms were flooded when obviously they had cleaned them and just did not want to clean them again. As if I was going to drop toilet paper everywhere. Unacceptable. I am a paying customer.

Every time I come here at 1am they always say the restrooms are flooded but I am very aware it’s just an excuse to not clean the restrooms again. I love the food but the service not so much.

Good food… always loved panda But too crowded all the time… and long queues !! Better to order online and go in… instead of waiting for 15 minutes in the queue

I Love Panda Express!!! Especially this area. The only thing is the parking, I wish they had a drive thru. I love getting chow mein with either whitel rice or brown. I love their orange chicken! Their Orange Chicken is a dish inspired by the Hunan Province in South Central China. It is prepared with crispy boneless chicken bites, tossed in the wok with our secret sweet and spicy orange sauce. Which I know you’ll love. Panda Express offers gourmet Chinese food with signature tastes served in a fast casual environment. Panda’s great food, great service, and great ambiance have won the hearts and stomach of everybody. Also NOMSG!!!

A plate with fried rice and double coconut shrimp for me I don’t mind the 1.25 extra charge X2. The service was slightly disorganized and the armed guard was in the kitchen touching food. …

What is the point of ordering ahead of time if your food is never ready by the time you are arrive. The staff seems overwhelmed at times and like they don’t care to be there. Which I don’t blame them.

This Panda Express is a great option for a late night food option. It stays open later than all the other locations in the Greater Los Angeles area because it is located right next to USC. This location stays packed with students all day long, but the line moves along pretty efficiently. I have been here at many different times throughout the day and the line is never daunting because they whip though the orders very fast. Tonight, I still had a late night craving for some food, so I got here about a half hour before they were closing. The staff was still very friendly. They were sold out of two sides that I wanted, but that is to be expected late at night. The food was still warm, fresh, and tasty. In hindsight, the food has to be good to commit to a 6 mile drive after midnight. I was definitely satisfied!

Ok, so I know this is not authentic Chinese. But there are times when you want to eat something quick and easy and inexpensive. Panda Express serves up fast food Chinese with decent taste and large portions. I’ve been to several over the years, and I must say that this particular location has, by far, the friendliest staff and cleanest interior I’ve encountered. I understand that this place just underwent an interior remodel, and it shows. The décor is modern, clean, and inviting. It’s conveniently located in ‘restaurant row’ at USC. parking — free lot

On restaurant row by USC. Pretty consistent Chinese food. Good variety, no msg, free refills at fountain drink area, decent size dining room, patio sitting area with a small parking lot, it works. Usually get in and out pretty easy. They take phone in orders with reserved parking spaces. Good for a late night Chinese food fix.
