It’s an average fast food restaurant really. They serve the food, you pay for it. Don’t expect A+ Customer Service.

If you’re still eating Orange Chicken you need to step your game up to the Beijing Beef. Speaking of stepping you game up, you need to replace your fried rice and/or noodles with mixed veggies. At 80 calories a serving, you should at least replace half of them, because you can have a decent meal here under 500 calories. And I know you haven’t been eating any vegetables. But I digress… This place can get really crowded, especially on the weekend. But they’re good about having a lot of people work here so you never have to wait too long for your food. I wouldn’t eat here though. Get it to go and eat at home. They don’t have tables outside since they redid the sidewalk and there are MAYBE10 tables inside.

most of the time they are out of hot mustard, they mop the bathroom floor with the same mop as the restaurant, and take tne leaking mop, to the kitchen area, they clean the tables with the same dirty rag they clean the trashcan areas, have a staff member with boils/big skin tags? on her hands serving food, very disappointed.

A girl name patty. Rude. Just rude. First I asked about an item and said panda no longer carries it. Funny I went to another panda the nxt day and they still carry the item and told me it wasn’t discontinued … secondly the roll of eyes when I Asked about the Ingredients. I didntt want kill anybody since my friend has food allergies. Then out of spite I believe or interpreted she went to help the customer after me and cashed him out. Still waiting to pay for the food. I never had this experience before. I’ve been coming to this location for years since I live in the area. So disappointed and pissed.

When I was married, it was pizza. When I had an absolute horror day at work, I would pick-up two large pizzas on my way home… One for ex-husband(he wasn’t the ex back then) and one for myself. I would open up a bottle of wine, take the pizza into the bedroom with our two dogs and turn on the television. I would eat in bed… When I was done, I would come out as if life was perfect. After we separated, it was Panda Express. He was part Chinese and felt insulted because folks thought Panda Express as Chinese food. I know… I don’t consider Panda Express Chinese food. I would pick-up Panda Express after a rough day on my way home, open up a bottle of Champagne and pretend as if life was perfect. I hadn’t had Panda Express in years until recently. I had a rough week at work and decided to try to see if it still had that magic effect… It didn’t. I only regretted eating it. Sigh! Nearest Metro Station: Red Line at Hollywood/Western Station

If you say you’re going to be open until 11, have food until 11. I wonder how much business this place loses because people know they don’t have any variety after 10 pm. Management or the owners should look into hiring people that want to work, and that aren’t just interested in getting out.

They had a line leading to door but crew managed to serve all of its guests. Very hard working employee here. Delicious food. Great attitudes despite large work load and a tremendous amount of customers. Clean bathroom thumbs up clean location.

every time i eat panda express it reminds me of a sadder time in my life when i lived in las vegas and somehow had even less money than i do now which i’m not sure is possible but somehow it is and this food tastes sad like i used to feel and now when i eat it i feel sad too but somehow comforted anyway i like the chow mein and the orange chicken is also good I mean none of it is really good but something can be bad and still be good too but this location is better than some of the other ones in LA because it is next to yogurtland

Always a long line, parking is horrible, don’t even think about it, the food is good just like any other panda, but be ready to look for parking and not find it, then good luck getting out, the parking is just so crowded and people park on the driveway, it’s just a bad experience. Skip for sure.

Went into Panda today after a doctor’s appointment. Had been wanting Chinese now for a few days. Must say I was a little disappointed today as I started to eat my meal which was I actually took out and ate on my way home. I got the chow mein, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. It was the chow mein that I was disappointed with. It was a little dry, maybe thats why they ask you if you want soy sauce.

Thank goodness the food was tasty great temparature! I give them 6 stars on the food! But the service was too slow! There were two people serving and the long line all the way to the door! The table all dirty, there was no Pepsi available! But Cindy was very helpful, friendly and made my experience better! So come hire more people!

This Panda Express takes online ordering so you can just pick it up when you arrive. I find that extremely helpful when I’m limited with time during lunch hours at work. I love their chow-Mein, it is always fresh!!! I always order the mushroom chicken and the angus steak… It’s feeaking amazing :)

I went to this location yesterday and the manager or supervisor(Asian man, blue polo shirt, Saturday afternoon shift) need some CUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS, such a jerk. He made a mistake on my plate and he was scolding me because of that. Thanks to him I’m not going back again until they put in charge a better manager to show his team how to treat the customers, At the end he is the one who works there and he should know better than the customer what’s going on with all the plates.

You get all the usual here at this Panda Express. Usually you order Orange Chicken and… I love this Panda because it’s usually fast, clean and close to my apartment. However, it loses 2 stars due to PARKING… The parking here is some of the worst you have ever seen in Los Angeles. Panda is in a little strip mall with about 7 other very popular retail/food stores from Subway, Starbucks to Sprint and Gamestop. When in reality there isn’t even enough parking for Starbucks alone. Also, I have noticed the soda fountain machine is always acting up. Ice getting all jammed up or soda spitting out exorcist style. Other than that though you’re still getting a solid fast food Chinese experience at this Panda on Sunset.

My go-to for fast«chinese» after a long night of work and not wanting to cook. Kind of tired of the orange chicken by now, but the Beijing Beef, Sweet fire Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp all offer nice alternatives. They never seem to skimp on the rice or chow mein, 5 pound of food right there. They do however tend to give less meat than I would hope for. If you come in late, there won’t be many fresh options, but there will be some head-turning teenagers. As in, ‘who let them out of the house’ types. Note about parking: absolutely dreadful lot. Usually backed up onto the street as there are too many businesses(Starbucks, Ono, Yogurtland, etc) and not enough spots, despite being Mini Cooper sized. Good luck getting out without doing some bumper damage.
