Every time I go there they mess up my order in some way or the shrimp is old. Last time they had me waiting 10 minutes then said they forgot to drop the Wontons. But it’s clean and close. Worth stopping in just wait for fresh shrimp.

Pros… Doesn’t exist Cons… everything was watered down from the rice and chow mein, to the side orders. I never been to a bad Panda Express until I came here. Thee worst one ever… don’t waste your time or money.

I feel so bad I came in at 10:25 had no idea that they closed at 10:30. Evelin still got me fresh orange chicken and was so sweet! Idk the cooks name but I wish I could thank him too. Not only that the food is delicious and it might be the cleanest panda I’ve been in. Thank you Evelin! And everyone at Panda Express

This Panda is by far the best Panda location to go to in LA. They have the best customer services, and are not stingy with their portions. I have gone to this location for about a year now, and whenever I try another location, it just gives me more reason to come back here. The employees are highly efficient, friendly, and are the epitome of what customer service looks like. Thank you Cahuenga Location!

It is good enough for my $ 8. You won’t see any foodies here but you will get your salt/sour/sweet/umami fix. They keep what’s out fresh(and not by recooking it).

It’s a regular Panda Express. But as a person who likes Chinese Food — that isn’t the best place to but it. First of all its expensive — U’re paying at least 8 – 10 $ and receiving those tiny containers with a lil buy of what U wanted(when in most of the not famous Chinese food places they barely could close those containers and U paid just like 5 – 8 $). Plus the veggies — veggies there cooked not that good and nice, they don’t look very bright and fresh, or even well-cooked. It’s fine for those who prefer this company, but if U really like or want to try Chinese food and try it enough(or even to have leftovers for later) — I wouldn’t recommend this place, unfortunately.

Every time I pass by a Panda Express, the smell is intoxicating and overwhelms my senses. The Orange Chicken and fried rice is a match made in heaven. The fortune cookie always predicts my destiny.

Good prices, good service, and surprisingly good quality. If you’re in the mood for a quick Chinese food lunch, look no further. One downside is when dining in, it can get a bit noisy, depending on time of day.

Stop being so stingy with soy sauce and condiments!!! I don’t know what happened to the Los Angeles store owners of Panda Express to make them keep their soy sauce, hot sauce, and mustard hidden and hard to get for customers but they seem to be very worried that people will leave with way too much vs the amount that their food requires. At this location they up the notch of not having it available to get yourself(Vegas locations have it by the forks). They don’t ask you if you would like some(in case u didn’t know they were holding it captive) and if you ask they used to give you one pack of each(even though I didn’t ask for hot sauce) to the standard of asking back«how many do you want». Did you not just repeat my order? U saw what I got and handed it to me asking if I would be interested in a third item for an extra price, or the added egg roll for extra price then would I like a large Pepsi for an extra. Although when you are processing my card the suggestions of ways that you might improve the food I got for free, those slip your mind. This location I usually have to stop them from running back to the next customer(if you are that busy hire more people) and say«can I have some soy sauce and mustard?» To have them ask«how many do you need». I tell them three of each because I think that is the unspoken outgoing limit(another location worker said that once, don’t know their instructions. Maybe you are planning to donate all the hot sauce and mustard to the starving children that I am asked to round my change up and donate, I don’t know and honestly I don’t care. If you have some fear of condiment loss maybe you should just tell every customer that’s extra. Maybe if there is the chance you could get more money from people while not improving the quality or size then u would be inspired to mention it to people If they ask u «how many» tell them 45 soy 25 mustard and 9 hot and to hand that to you with an attitude of regret. I am going to assume that u are aware of panda express food so this rating is towards the service of the restaurant. Spoiler alert they never serve Panda. I mean really? it’s in the name!

Great location and staff, but parking can be problematic. If it’s quick, you can generally use the CVS parking lot across the street. Yummy food, but I really wish they were open a bit later!

I’m not going to judge this place based on the food because it’s a chain. But sue me if I did not have the rudest experience with the cashier there just 10 minutes ago. I go to pay for my food and he asks me if I want to donate 23 cents to some charity to which I quickly replied«no thank you». Not rudely, just before he had finished speaking. This clearly hit a nerve with the cashier because as I was off to the side checking my wallet he asks the customer behind me if he would like to donate as well. The man says«No» and the cashier replies in the most snide, passive aggressive tone, «well, thank you for at least letting me finish…». I looked up, realizing what this cry baby man child had just said and all I could say was«…really? Wow». I was at a loss for words. The clearly very delicate employee POUTED and quickly walked away as to avoid confrontation. I’ve worked for many customer service jobs before but I never behaved like that. I would recommend It’s Phở right next door. The food is actually good and they don’t give you attitude.

A counter service buffet with a selection of fresh cooked recipies. Much better any of the larger self-service options. Reasonable priced and leaves you wanting more. Downside, well it is same menu every day, so you will not to eat there all time!

Customer service was on point and this location is super clean also. Also, you do not need a key for the restroom. Which is the key if you need to use a restroom in the Hollywood area!(Because they are so hard to come by.) I recommend the black pepper chicken with the chili sauce on the side, good stuf. Especially when you’re on that fast food run. Remember though, this is fast food so expect fast food. It’s just served clean and with respect. Keep it up guys, great job. This location… this location… this location …serves its guests with happiness.

The food is just like every other Panda Express, so I won’t go too much into that part of it. It’s consistent, relatively cheap and fairly quality Americanized Chinese food. This review however, is for Melvin. He’s the man. He just showed me some of the best service I have had in a while! He promptly said hello upon entering and approached his station. After a quick glimpse at what was freshest, I knew what I wanted and I began my order. Instead of interrupting me with basic order questions like many«fast» restaurant employees do, he attentively listened to my words as I was talking and then flawlessly executed my order. After I paid he quickly returned to his duties. Fantastic employee, Panda! Allowed me to get in, out and back to work with time to spare. Thanks!

I love Panda. A lot of people don’t think panda is good. But I feel Panda has a lot to offer. This one in Hollywood has a new design and is clean inside and out. I saw the manager checking the food quality making sure it’s up to their standards. Which is fantastic to me. I had the two entrees with a side. The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were very good! With noodles and friend rice. I was very Satisfied. Big ups Panda!

Great fan of their food. It’s tasty fresh fast and delicious. I can’t eat this food time day or night with out worrying about an upset stomach or food poisoning. Great service, great prices and really good food.
