I recall being at a bible study quite a few years back and having one of the leaders bring a huge batch of these boiled crawfish from Pacific Crayfish CO. They were perfect, well seasoned and sweet. If I could have them like that every time, I’d prefer it to lobster. The leaders name was Steve and he showed us all how to properly get them out of the shell with a twist, and he swore that the best flavor was in the head. I wasn’t going there. I was just fine with the tails, thank you.
Thanks again Steve! You’re my go to guy if I ever need a wholesaler.
