Only I would use this place when I’m in a hurry and just hope they would carry the tool or part I’m looking for. Pricing is not great and customer service as much as they try hard do not seem to be knowledgeable enough to be helpful. For gardening are just OK. Only convenience is when close by and that they are open on the weekends.

Got my christmas tree here! I was so happy — 7″ Fir for $ 35, great deal! And the service was great, the guy helping was with the trees was super accommodating even though it was pretty busy outside. I just feel like, whatever I need, whether I’m looking for a paint primer, I need keys made, I need to buy bug repellent. whatever I need, I always get adequate help. AND the prices are pretty good here! I’m a happy camper!

Sales Clerk: Hello, Can I help you?
Me: yes, I’m looking for tile cutters.
Sales Clerk: Tile Cutters? What are those? For cutting tiles?
Me: Uh, yes. Tile cutters are for cutting tiles. Where are they, do you know?
(he attempts to look it up on his clipboard. Then, asks his coworker/​manager.) «Hey do we have tile cutters?»
Other Sales Clerk: I’m not sure, I don’t think so.
Me: yea, never-​mind. I’m not sure why I come here. I’m going across the street to Home Depot where they at least know what their inventory is.
Sales Clerk: OK.
This is not an exaggeration, just a reenactment or the pathetic nature of this store. If this were the first time the employees didn’t bother to know their inventory or where things were located in the store, I wouldn’t bother to write this review. Also, there is ZERO customer service. All employees have attitudes. That’s when you can find one. They all seem to be hiding out the in the back somewhere. This is a horrible place. The only reason they deserve any stars at all is cause there is always parking available. probably cause everyone is shopping at Home Depot.

its bigger than I thought it would be inside. OSH has just what we needed and seems to be fairly priced. They even have an automatic key copying machine. Its like a roh-​bit for key making fun!
all in all a good alternative to home depot but not quite the homey small town hardware store I was hoping for with wooden creaky floors and a guy named Hoyt giving me help.
Dont get me wrong though. OSH will be on my errands list for a while now as we settle into our new home

Worthless employees. Isn’t it a part of the employee’s job to bag my purchases? The employee just put my stuff on the side and gave me a bag. I have no problem bagging my own stuff, but c’mon. Isn’t it about customer service? I asked her, shouldn’t you be bagging it? She just looked at me and rolled her eyes.

Everyone is helpful and the store is always clean and orderly. Thanks Osh! PEACE
