I have tried the massaman wrap and spicy basil chicken. OMG, the food were so good. I definitely go back and try something else :))

Tried Let’s Thai today. We had the bbq pork noodles, massman beef wrap, and thai coffee. The food was expensive and not very good. The service was slow. Wish it had been better. Won’t be returning.

First time trying Thai fusion and at a food truck. Food is so so, not the most flavorful but good enough for a truck I guess. They have plenty of menu items, rice plates, noddles, tacos and sides. It took a while for the food, but they were just opening when I got there

My friend an I ordered fries and a beef salad. The beef had a foul smell, tasted very old and it was impossible to chew. After swallowing a few slices without being able to chew, and fearing for our health, we decided not to eat any of the meat from the $ 8 salad. Now for the fries… after 15 mins of waiting around. still no sign of fries, so we decided to cancel that order. Poor quality. bad service. not a good combo! UPDATE: 2 hours later and we came down with intense stomach pain and other signs of FOODPOISONING! The meat was bad just as suspected!

Wasn’t sure what to get so I got the Chicken Satay wrap. The first few bites were good but then it got sickening because it was just way too overwhelming. The sauce was very flavorful, and having that combined with the cheese/quesadilla made the wrap way too heavy. Should have stuck with a rice bowl. I got sick of eating the wrap after finishing 1 half of it. I wish there were more veggies to balance out the flavor, or some kind of cilantro or sour radish like they put in vietnamese banh mi would have been nice.

The elusive Let’s Thai truck. No website, no Twitter, no Facebook. I’ve been trying to tackle this food truck for a while now, and the owners seem to know exactly when I’m not available to stop by their truck. But one day, I got out of class a little earlier than usual and saw that the Let’s Thai truck was right in front of my apartment complex. I was a little suspicious at first — there it finally was. After all of these weeks, it was right there on Jefferson — a sitting duck. Cautiously, I approached the truck, just in case they decided to drive away as soon as I came up. But nope — the truck stayed. I wasn’t feeling too hungry then, but just in case it left before dinner time, I ordered some Thai Tea, since it was pretty hot that day. And for two dollars, it was probably some of the best thai tea I’ve had in a long time. The perfect mixture of cream and star anise. I came back a couple of hours later for dinner and — to my delight — the truck was STILLTHERE. So I hurried over and got an order of the Chicken Satay wrap, based on the photo posted on the truck. Not too long after, carefully placed in a foldable cardboard box, I got my wrap, took a bite and was pretty happy. Yes, it was chicken satay, and yes it was also a wrap. And though the combination sounds a little strange, it was actually very, VERY good. I’ll be moving to the Bay Area soon, so I probably won’t be able to get some Let’s Thai again for a while. But when I come back to L.A., I know that I’ll have a hankering for another satay wrap.
