Asked for a refund for there frozen food section ‘dumplings’ and they stared and laughed at me, I assuming waiting for me to leave. Sexist assholes, even the cashier woman

I’ve been ordering from this place for a few weeks now and not once has my order been wrong or not tasty! I usually order the same thing so I can’t vouch for a lot of the other dishes. The delivery is always speedy and prompt and Mr. Rem is usually the one who delivers to our office and we always have a great chat!

It’s been a minute since I ordered from here and while I live pretty close by, I can’t recommend them enough(especially for delivery). They are always prompt and the food is always fresh and at the correct temperature. The owner is very kind and even remembered me when he arrived today with a delivery(don’t judge me). I love the golden shrimp appetizer(shrimp wrapped in wonton skin and fried), Tom Kha, chicken larb salad and pad see ew. Great food and great service at a great price!

I’ve only ever ordered takeout but have never been disappointed. I stick with Thai dishes, and all have been delicious. I’m a big fan of the curry noodles and bamboo with chicken. They’ve always been on time with my order and very pleasant. I’ll keep ordering!

This restaurant is on the corner of a shopping center, my first time coming in, and the service was terrible, we were a group of 8 ppl, and everyone got their food at different time, and they forgot one plate, they kept on forgetting to bring water and never once they asked if we needed something else. I myself ordered the teriyaki chicken because I know no restaurant can go wrong with it, I specially asked the waitress if it was made with only white chicken(meaning only chicken breast) and she said yeah, when the plate came which was the last one to come because they forgot about it, it was just ok and it wasn’t made with only white chicken, as I’m a picky person when I eat, as soon as I saw it, it kind of killed my appetite other than I had been waiting for ever and picking off everyone else’s food. If you want to try Thai food I recommend you going to SUNSHINE restaurant which is just across the street, since we are still here waiting for the check, and not once have they come and checked if we needed something else.

Ordered thai from this place for the first time and will order again asap. The crispy pork was absolutely divine. The garlic pepper beef was delicous. The pad thai tasted like I’ve had in a restaurant. And so reasonably priced that I’ll be back soon

First time visiting OChai with a friend tonight. Mediocre Thai food in my opinion. The place was empty(figures) and the restaurant had no booths and a dirty wooden high chair. We only wanted Thai tea but the man that was there kept coming around pushing us to order. We finally decided to get Veggie Chow Mein and cream cheese wontons. Quite possibly the worst cream cheese wontons ever. I took a bite and a long piece of imitation crab came out… WTF?! Barf. The noodles were Ocha style(oily and not flavorful). Definitely would not recommend or come back.

We decided to try this restaurant, because we got a flyer and the food in the pictures looked really good. We place a phone order and it took them less than an hour to deliver, but it was not what we expected. The rice was way to dry, the food had no flavor at all, the chicken was also dry and it looked and taste re heated. There were only 3 shrimps in the order we place, the vegetables had a really bad sour taste. Honestly, i would not order from this restaurant anymore nor recommend to anybody unless you like food without flavor. Will stay with our Thai restaurant. Kum Dhom on Melrose and Kingsley is one of the best Thai restaurants we had order from. We expended $ 63+ on this restaurant, but it was not worth it. Sorry, you lost potential clients.

Ok, first of all, ordered food at 10 pm through GRUBHUB. Estimated delivery time was about an hour and 10 minutes. Got a confirmation text and everything. 11:20 pm rolls around. No delivery and no call. Apparently the restaurant has closed. I am FURIOUS. Never trying this place again. EVER.

We only eat their Seafood Soup(the flavor is delicious!), but I’m sad to see how proud they are to be using«Canola Oil»…blech! They should just change to coconut oil or something else heart-friendly and non-GMO. I have yet to have something of theirs that was bad, but then again, we haven’t really eaten much else, other than our regular fare. They are attentive and the hot tea is good.

Ordered delivery, which I was excited about because I got to use my grubhub coupon! The delivery is free and the minimum is $ 15. Not bad, not bad. The estimated time was an hour but they came after 30 minutes. On a Sunday afternoon, too! That was pretty nice. But then… When it comes down to it, it’s all about the food. I haven’t tried a variety of Thai food, but I’ve had pad thai and pad see ew numerous times… O-Chai’s pad thai and pad see ew were just mediocre. No flavor to be found whatsoever :/it wasn’t gross and oily like others said, but it definitely wasn’t anything special. I might order from here again, but most likely not!

OMG that this place has ANY good reviews at all! We were hungry for Chinese so we ordered delivery. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp — don’t judge, you’ve all done it. I kid you NOT it was loaded with DILLPICKLESLICES… like the dill chips you put on a hamburger at a barbecue. Vlassic Dill Chips. The shrimp… all THREE of them were not breaded and were cooked to rubber with the tails still on. The rest was onions. The sauce was HORRENDOUS. I can’t even believe this place is in business. I truly thought it was a joke. Once when I was about 19 I wanted chili and didn’t know how to make it so I mixed barbecue sauce with pork and beans… this food was like the Chinese version of that fiasco. A mess that someone who has. NEVER made or maybe even tasted Chinese food before. WHATWASGOINGON? Oh, and the crab wontons? Fried wontons with a big chunk of fake crab and almost no cream cheese, not blended. So much for my splurge of calories. I purged before I even finished a few bites of this garbage.

We ordered via Eat24… WOW this is bad food. I can’t even begin to describe the mess of things we received. I had noodles that were so oily and under-flavored my dog wouldn’t even eat them. My friend ordered sweet & sour shrimp… it was awful and included — I am not kidding — pickles. What they call dumplings are a shame. Avoid this place… the food is simply horrible.

First, the restaurant called to ask me if I wouldn’t mind amending my beverage order since they were out of what I ordered(which I said was fine). Then, I get a call from the driver telling me that the security gate to my building is closed and the security guard wasn’t there, so he said I had to meet him at the gate. I walked down to the guard station but the driver wasn’t there — he went to the wrong building complex. When I called the driver to explain to him that he was at the wrong place, he started yelling at me saying that I was wrong and that he was at the right address. I called the restaurant to ask them to help me get the driver to my building — the woman who answered the phone said she was going to call me back, but she didn’t. so after a few more minutes, I called the restaurant back and she informed me that the driver was driving to my building — he was still at the wrong complex! I called the restaurant back and told them to cancel my order(after waiting almost an hour for the delivery to show up). The contacted grubhub right away to issue a refund — but they told grubhub THEY cancelled the order because they didn’t have a delivery driver in the area. So, bottom line — poor customer service, lying, and frustrating the customer(I can’t rate the food since I never received it). I will never order from O-Chai Thai restaurant again. Still love GrubHub, so I had to let them know about the crappy customer service at this restaurant.

Found this place on Eat24, I was looking for some soupy noodles and this place popped up so I decided to give it a try. The delivery service is SOOOOOOOOOOO slow!!! 2 miles away and it took them 1.5 hours to deliver. Any later I wouldn’t be here cuz I had to leave for work. I was so mad when the driver arrived I wanted to give him some attitude, but it was a smiling old Asian man… I couldn’t get mad at him. And since they charged me delivery fee, I didn’t give him a tip. The Khow Soi is really delicious! The egg noodles are different then the chow mein noodles, these are flat and a bit on the«crunch» side… But it’s not fried… As you bite into the noodles it’s like bite into piles if noodles and cucumber together… The chicken legs in the soup are cooked so well, the meat fall off the bone. I was surprised on how good it is. The restaurant should’ve called me when it passes their estimated delivery time, which is 45 minutes. I ordered the food around 1:20pm, I understand it’s lunch time, that’s why I didn’t call until an hour and 7 minutes into it(eat24 had a timer running while I wait), then they told me the driver is almost there… Another 15 mins gone by, no sign of him… Come on! Any delay at least keep me updated. But the food is delicious, so I give it 3 stars. Maybe this place is only good for dine in.
