Love this place, I’ve been a few times in the past years. The staff are always friendly and patient with customers who have confusing questions. lol Erica and Mario were very helpful yesterday. I never felt rushed, they take their time helping, giving tips. If you’re looking for beautiful blingy Swarovski’s or the company’s brand Clarus which are amazingly sparkly as well with great quality for a bit less(I have them also) this should be your #1 store to come to. With the Clarus they have an amazing bling, my daughter applied the hot fix ones to her shirt and the bling was so sparkling all the way from the bleacher stands at school. I walked into Beads and More years ago on the same street and the staff was rude acting like they were bothered, that’s when I left and found Nova, now Nova has a long time customer. I’m posting pics of my 10 gross size 20 of Swarovski’s and how they look(which pictures don’t always do justice) and I’m posting my 10 gross size 16’s of Clarus once again camera doesn’t do justice.

This place deserved no star if there was an option. The lady at the counter was shady, and trying to cheat me. I am very familiar with the brilliant-cut of Swarovski And Presciosa rhinestones. I asked her to let me see them in a particular color. She brought out some dull ones. I asked her several times if she was sure if they were the brands were the ones I asked for. She nodded like mad and confirm that they were. I politely told her that I am very familiar with them and these are not, they are either Czech or Chinese color stones. She quickly said oh I didn’t hear you correctly earlier, yes they are Czech rhinestones. Yeah right, she quoted me at the Presciosa price when she brought them or to show me. Bottom line is avoids this place. Honesty is not the span for this store.

Über nice and a wide selection of bling! Associate was kind and patient enough to find the color I was looking for and offered Nova brand versus Swarovski so I could save money. Will visit them for all of my rhinestone needs.

Awesome store for rhinestones. As the store name says, they specialize in rhinestones. I bought some of the rhinestones in the bags that hang on the wall. Yeah they were plastic but for whatever reason, this plastic shined more than the other plastic ones that I saw. There were some like 800 pieces for like 9 bucks. Thing is, the quality of these stones are not all the same in the bag. Some are different sizes and not the same shape. But its a very good value. I washed my outfit with these crystals and only a few fell off. And no its not the glue because the silver backing stayed and the bead fell off. They also have their own brand of house crystals. I compared it to the brand name crystals and it didn’t seem as shiny but I don’t know about their durability. So its all about what you are willing to pay for. I bought some off brand crystals across the street and washed them and about 30% of the crystals fell off. Be careful about what you buy its not just the looks, its what happens after you wash it. HAND wash with minimal scrubbing by the way.

I went shopping here and a couple other surrounding rhinestone shops for iPhone case supplies. Let me tell you, if you need GLITTER, and I mean like a freaking gallon bag of glitter, you can find it here. I wanted to cry about how much glitter I was holding in one bag, it was amazing. Nonetheless, I only bought a couple small containers of glitter and some packs of flatbacked metal studs. The prices are decent, ebay(shipping from China) is definitely cheaper but if you need stuff quick, this(and the surrounding shops) are the place to go for rhinestones, beads, and glittaaahhh! My only gripe is that most of their rhinestones were hotfix rhinestones and I like blank ones. Oh well!

This is my spot. This store is on a street with stores just like it. However, I like the staff here they NEVER seem too busy or get irritated by my questions. They have their own selection of stuff like some really cool glitter, iron transfer crystal paterns, czech crystals etc. Definitely make it a point to stop in here if you’re in the area.

Awesome selection. Great deals. Friendly staff. Well organized and clean! Better than the other stores because of the quantity and variety. Highly reccomend. Parking is nearby in a garage usually about 5 – 10 bucks You can also buy small quantities for a dollar, just look for the tiny packets.

Very clean store, excellent service, and the people there were very helpful. Im a indecisive person and it can be quite annoying sometimes. The Korean lady(sorry I didnt get the name) there was patience enough to stand there for an hour or so, helping me find the right size rhinestone for my iPad. I’m no expert on Swarovski or clarus rhinestones but after I left, I felt like one! She took her time to explain the difference between the two. Overall, everything in there, in my opinion, was at a reasonable and affordable price. I would recommend this to others and family.(: Btw! Clarus rhinestone shines, but if you are a go big or go home person… Go with the Swarovski! A total show stopper!

I had a wonderful experience at the Nova Rhinestone Depot. I came in with a couple of friends shopping for wedding supplies, and I was toying with the idea of making sashes for the bachelorette party with rhinestones on them. Problem was, I have never applied crystals to anything before! I was helped by the owner Mark, and he gave me lots of tips for applying the stones that I wanted, and even put my name down for other employees should I ever come back asking for help. He also directed me to their online tutorials, though I have yet to try them. The price for the stones I felt was fair as well, as they came in bulk, and I didn’t need to purchase adhesive because they could just be ironed on. Overall I am very happy with my experience at Nova Rhinestone Depot! Update to earlier review — the rhinestones I purchased worked out beautifully! Once ironed on to the sashes properly they stayed very well! The bridal sashes lasted perfectly through a trip to Disneyland, rides and all, and the small sash I made for the five year old Flower Girl had only lost a few crystals by the end of the rehearsal event.

I needed some rhinestones and found this nice little place in downtown LA! Their really friendly and the stones are sooo pretty. The Clarus stones are cheap and really sparkly and worked nice for my dress. Will be back for sparkly Halloween costume: P

I was in the jewelry district again, picking up more rhinestones for my daughters dance costumes, when I stumbled upon Nova Rhinestone. They stock swarovski rhinestones, however they don’t keep a big inventory of swarovski hot fix rhinestones. They did carry their«house» brand of hot fix rhinestone, Clarus. I ended up buying the Clarus brand for my daughters duet costume @ about $ 18 for 5 gross. They look great and they hold up just as well as the swarovski stones. Plus the man and woman who were working were friendly and helpful!
