This is one of the worst restaurants around! Delivery took 2 hours and the order was placed well before the busy«lunch hour» time. They also used buffalo wing sauce as a spicy pasta sauce which was awful. Keep clear of this restaurant. Not worth the time or money. This restaurant should be deleted from grubHub and other sites! They are only getting 1 star because this site won’t let me leave 0 star.

Look I am always one to go off of the amount of stars a place has but I was craving pizza and this is literally around the corner from my place so I URGE you you to do exactly as I did and ignore all the negative reviews heck even ignore the positive ones and come here yourself. I called ahead asked if they did personalized(they don’t) asked if they did by the slice(they do) only like $ 2.50 for cheese and maybe $ 3 for pep which was great for me! I ordered one of each and when I got there the guy at the register was so so nice! My slices were PIPING hot and ready in a box for me to go. I went home and gobbled both(pretty large) slices down… it was simple, inexpensive, and delish! I found my new go to late night craving pizza place! Yay!

When will your food arrive? Your guess is as good as theirs. I made the mistake – as it turns out – of ordering this morning at 11:04. It’s now 1:03 and no sign of the delivery driver. I called in and asked when the food would be arriving, and they said, «Soon, hopefully.» I asked exactly what that meant, and they said, «Hopefully soon.» Perhaps it will arrive prior to the start of the next geologic age…

Really good pizza. Flavors blend together well. Crust has that signature crunch that’s so hard to find.

The crust could have been better.

North End is my neighborhood pizza place and I frequent it regularly. Thickest crust pizza available, that Sicilian. I like the Philly Cheese Steak too. They do good here, with good value too. Other complaints only seem to be about delivery, which honestly might not be the way to go, just pick it up.

Great pizza! I like to order take out from this place. I really love the cheese they use. Even their cheese pizza tastes great!

Last time I ordered delivery from here they forgot all the sauces to go with the order. This time, I have been waiting 2 ½ hours with still no food. No more North End Pizzeria for me. The food was only mediocre on their best day anyway.

Received our food within 30 mins of ordering and everything was still steaming hot. It tasted fresh out of the oven and extremely delicious! We ordered a large half basil/half pepperoni cheese pizza and a side of garlic bread. Everything was really fresh and home made quality. First time but definitely won’t be the last!

First off, the positives: the delivery driver waited a good amount of time for my roommate and I to find him, and delivery was a little earlier than the timer indicated. However, the pizza itself was pretty lackluster. We ordered with a topping of basil to push us over the minimum delivery amount, but the basil wasn’t placed throughout the cheese, but rather in circles on various points on the pizza. Half of the pizza had a good amount of cheese, but the other half seemed like mostly sauce. It was okay, but there are better places in LA to get pizza than here.

Never again. Flat out disrespectful. Had waited an hour and a half for a pie n mozzarella sticks, decided to call n ask where my delivery was. Guy tells me the driver is just leaving. Its now going on two hours n the guy still isnt here. Fyi, this place is five blocks my house. Mediocre food at best anyhow

We chose this place because it’s in our neighborhood. Beware– they try to overcharge you by making your order different than you asked. Then they make you wait while they fix it if you don’t want to pay extra for their mistake! The employee was rude about the situation too. I’ll be looking for another pizza place in my neighborhood and will never order from them again– this place is shady!

This place tastes really good, their pizza is very delicious. People mostly complain about the long wait times, I can see that this place takes awhile to make their food but the food quality is delicious. Make sure you order way in advance if you are hungry

Ordered delivery from this spot. Their pizza is average. We got Cheese, Pepperoni, Veggie, Hawaiian and BBQ Chicken Pizzas. My favorites were the Veggie and the BBQ Chicken. I like the big slices and the generous toppings, but I wasn’t a fan of their stale and chewy crust. I like the crust crispy! Delivery was on time at least!

Bad business! I ordered delivery from this location twice and they just can’t seem to get it right. My order was wrong, incomplete and all day late! This location is only 5 minutes from me and it took them an hour and 20 minutes both times. When I asked for a refund and or, for my order to be corrected the restaurant refused! WOW really, North End. Bad business, you guys get a grade F, you guys fail. Just to be clear, I did order from eat24 and they are the ones that told me you refused to correct\refund my order. I took a picture of my order. It speaks for it self. Those look like large tomatoe slices to me? I asked for no tomatoes… Ijs! Also, if you don’t think you can cook and deliver in the time frame you commit to, then just express that! And finally, all of my concerns and experience are documented with the service you hired to solicit my business.

I ordered delivery for the first time from North End tonight. I received it in 40 minutes. The Greek salad was very fresh. The dressing was good too. I would have liked a bit more oregano though. The Newbury meatball sub was tasty. The meatballs were perfectly cooked, not tough or dry. The baguette was great! I look forward to trying their pizza and pasta. I would give this place a solid 3.5 stars.

Unfortunately, North End, this is where we part ways. Being told«please don’t order again,» and«what do you want me to do about it,» over the phone after complaining about the«Shrimp Alfredo pizza» looking and tasting more like veggie-lovers-with-a-couple-pieces-of-chopped-up-boiled-shrimp-and-paper-thin-soggy-crust, I will not be returning. Also note the one slice being 1 inch wide next to one that’s 7 inches wide. This pizza was a horrendous waste of money. Charging me $ 20 for a pepperoni pizza(and telling me to send the delivery man back the pizzabomination from the first order) after this mess was bad– showing up 45 minutes late was absolute overkill. Telling ME that it’s my «fault» for changing the order… that was just… Wrong. I’ve been in customer service for years, so let me tell you that being busy is not an excuse for terrible customer service. Your ultimate garlic bread is really good, although sometimes dry from being burnt. That I will somewhat miss. However, I will now take my business elsewhere.

So there are a lot of pizza places near my office, but there’s a few reasons why North End Pizzeria is one of my faves. 1. Their chicken strips. Yum! 2. Their lasagna. 3. Their pizza — my favorite custom made pizza toppings are — ricota cheese — roma tomatoes — ½ chicken — ½ pepperoni — spinach — mushroom 4. Their meatballs! 5. And most importantly, 20% off your entire order if you order through RushOrder app! Just the overall quality of their food is that good. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that they changed their fries. They used to have the fat fries but now they don’t. But it’s still good… but I love fat fries more… *sad face*

I ordered the large meat lovers and the delivery was speedy and the pizza is excellent. The presentation is superb with fresh and plentiful toppings. I was very satisfied with the order and would absolutely order from here again.

So I was cruising through the Westside(or should I say driving at 0.2 miles an hour) and we felt hungry for lunch. We also had to pick up food for my coworkers so why not buy a big pizza? We walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed that something was off. We were waiting to take our order but no one was taking it. There was one guy in the back making pizza and another one moving fooda round but no one was coming to take our order. Ten minutes later, the guy moving food around finally came to take our order. We sat down to wait for the 20 minute wait time to cook the pizza. We noticed however that there were other people in line and they were waiting forever because the guy in the back didn’t stick to the cash register. He said, «Our cashier was stuck in traffic.» Fair enough, how hard is it to operate a cash register? Pretty easy. I’ve seen restaurants operate with one person handling both the cash register and cooking food. Yes, it is not as fast but those restaurants never kept people waiting. Is it really impossible to do that with two people? Also, I saw people leaving because the line was so long, shouldn’t the guy just handle the cash register until the cashier got there so he would not lose business? I was hoping in the end that I would like the pizza. The pizza was okay(if it were bad, this place would’ve gotten a one star). It was not worth the wait though. The pizza crust tasted bland to me and the meat did not taste that fresh either. Overall, this place gets two stars due to the okay pizza and the bad service in my opinion. It’s going to be hard for me to return here.
