DISHONEST! UNPROFESSIONAL! NOSHOW! scheduled a move with Mr. Nice Guy Mover Carlos Villanueva 4 days in advance. He quoted one price and raised it the next because he misread one of my initial texts. We agree on new price and confirm date and time. The day before I try to confirm, no reply. The morning of my move, no reply. He didn’t have the juevos to call, text, or show up for the job. My guess is something better came along. Whatever the case, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and one of the big reasons people have such hesitations hiring movers. Shame on you Mr. Nice Guy! I hired Husky Movers last minute and they were professional and awesome.

I can’t give a 5 star review because Carlos was an hour late, and I was expecting 2 movers and only Carlos was able to make it. My move was confirmed the night before … He felt bad, gave me a discount = good customer service … But my small project took way too long due to this. With that said… I understand things happen. Super nice, definitely knows what he’s doing. I’d book again and recommend. Keep rockin’ Carols \m/ !!

After exchanging several texts(and one phone call) with Carlos, we agreed that Nice Guys Movers would come to my place in Koreatown at 8am on Saturday August 1st to help me move downtown. On the day of the move, they failed to show up. I called and texted numerous times hoping to locate them, but to no avail. They simply ignored multiple attempts on my part to reach them and chose instead to renege on our agreement. Quite simply, they left me hanging with a U-Haul and nobody to help me move. Very, very disappointed. Very unprofessional and highly irresponsible.

These guys are incredible. I first found them through craigslist when I needed someone to pick up a couch and deliver it to my apartment, on a friday afternoon in LA with a time constriction. These guys did an incredible job! They were quick, on time, and made it all look easy. When my boyfriend was moving into my place, he wanted to choose his own mover. The guy he picked flaked so he set something up with Nice Guys. The next day, everything was moved. My boyfriend, who loathes moving, was even surprised how quickly these guys worked. I recommend these movers to everyone. They really are nice, they’re cool, and they’re RELIABLE.

These guys did an OUTSTANDING job with our move. These guys are AMAZING. Cannot say enough great things. After two movers ditched me via craigslist, I texted these guys at 11 pm in a bind. Carlos called me immediately. These guys rearranged their schedule, showed up early the next morning, were completely on time and so friendly and helpful! Upon getting to my new home they rearranged some furniture which was not a part of our initial conversation. They saved me that morning and I will use them again if I ever move. I ABSOLUTELYRECOMMENDTHEMTOEVERYONE! Hire these guys and you won’t be sorry.

Nice guy movers fits the bill! These guys are not only nice but they are professional and get the job done! I was in a tight spot, my friends left me high and dry and I was stuck with no movers on moving day… I called nice guy movers and they squeezed me in among their busy day And not only got the job done but did it in the most efficient and effective way!
