I needed a suit fast and cheap. Stumbled across this place. I was in and out in 15 mins. 100% merino wool, 3 piece sharp suit, $ 150 out the door. Walk across the street to the tailor and 20 mins and $ 20 Iater I was on my way home.
Best suit experience ever. I can’t wait to go back. They made the whole deal painless.

The Best Kept secret in the Mens Section of the Garment District!
New York Town Clothing offers very good quality suits and VERY affordable prices. While most stores in the mens garment district have the crappy polyester/​synthetic blend weird fabric suits (with names you learned in chemistry back in high school!) this place has the majority of good quality wool suits.
Their fabric is very good quality for the price. You can get a nice suit in the mid 100 dollar range and its pure merino wool or tropical wool. That is a great bargain for a good quality suit.
Paul and Roberto are the best sales associates in the store and they always help me and make sure I get exactly what I need. I found some good sales in their after Christmas Sale last weekend and I always find good quality suits here.
They also have great slacks, shoes and ties for men.
There are a lot of cheap ghetto «2 for 99 dollar suits» places in the Mens Garment District, but this place is the real deal! If you are looking for good quality suits at low prices, this is your best bet in Downtown LA!
The Owners were very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit.
