This store is just plain bad for any type of business. last Monday 08⁄92015 I cracked my screen lightly. so I decided to take it there to get it fixed. based on a friends say so BAD idea. The process was suppose to be fix by the next day for 120.00. Glued and dry I went Thursday 08\06 and found my battery was dead when I gave it to them powered off. Supposedly they were running test. tsk tsk. so later that Thursday I found out my speaker wasn’t working so I called them and had to take it back. between my working days. man I took it back this fool straight up said 120 again I told him u guys messed it up so fixe it I just came for a screen repair. so now I ended up paying an 60.00 dollar fee with in the first 7 days. not even a complete week. so I go back again to pick up my phone and as he handing it to me the screen cracks. WOW Suck Ass Job WTF and its open not glued properly so I hold back my anger. talk to him see what’s his next option. he calls his boss that calls the tech that calls back to the store. during business hours. to make it short I am going back there today to see if its ready to be fixed 08/14/2015 fuck this store I would allowed no one I knew and don’t know to go here ever. I wish it was less than one star.

I’ll give them one star only because I have too. But BADCUSTOMERSERVICE! I seriously don’t know why that store is still open. First of all they seem unorganized. One person acts like their doing something while the other is chillen on their phone. I was told to go back for a refund and once I got their the main guy was pist about it and was giving me attitude saying he wasn’t going to refund my money. It took them about 10 minutes to say that the girl who told us to go back answered the phone and then they had the audacity to say that since THEY didn’t put a price on my paper so they weren’t sure I was giving them the right amount of money I needed back. The dumb part is the main guy is the one who attended us so he knew the amount and was just acting brand new to keep my money. But let me tell you I didn’t let myself. My amount was $ 45.00 and he said that it was never $ 45.00 and it was only $ 40.00. He’s lucky I’m a daughter of God so if I wasn’t he better best believe I would’ve gone over the counter and gotten my extra $ 5.00. Point is DONTTRUSTTHEM! I wonder how much money they’ve stolen and to also say they steal phones. BADCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

We were very happy that we actually found a «good» deal to unlocked 5 iPhones! The girl that helped us was very nice(no complaints about her) but, the other girl, she told us the phones would be unlocked by the next day(Monday), I called Tuesday spoke with«Alfredo» rude guy! Said only 3 phones would be unlocked and they had only done one so far! He wanted 60 dollars more per iPhone 6(we had 2) so basically we lost 90.00 cause we won’t get a refund! That was NOT explained to us ahead of time!!! Don’t go here! Bad customer service from the 2 main persons on the store! So we lost 90.00 and those 2 phones weren’t unlocked!

This place straight up buys and sells stolen iphones. Had mine stolen at a club in hollywood and find my iphone located it here a couple days later. When I called, they initially took my call and then put me on hold when I described my phone and then said they didn’t buy phones after they had initially said they did. Some bs. I took a screenshot of the find my iphone that clearly shows their building.
