I love the food, but some of he waitresses are bad and not paying attention to their customers. It makes really uncomfortable to come back to a place you like when you are not happy with the service.

Beware: this restaurant has about the worst layout ever. Ask to be seated in the side room, or you will have restaurant employees scampering around all 4 sides of your table. One table was so poorly placed that employees knocked the customer’s purse off of the back of the chair every time they walked by. Also, there is no barrier between the front door and the seating area, so we got a blast of cold air every time a customer left the door open. As for the food: it was ok. Last I checked, the idea of an omelet was to put the ingredients inside, not laying on top of a folded slab of scrambled eggs. The best reason to come here and not Bobby’s down the street: the décor is much more pleasant. The prices seem about the same.

We love going here — it’s small but they are turn over fast. Always a short wait but worth it. Great food, great service.

Had a very good experience here. Came on a Sunday morning after a wedding the night before. Easy time finding parking. We didn’t have to wait at all. Service was fast and friendly. The muffins were good. The coffee was delicious. And the breakfast food was solid. This is a great go-to breakfast spot.

Congratulations on your newest expansion!!! As always the food and the service is excellent. For me my favorite the Ham Asparagus w Hollandaise sauce. I’m happy for your continuous growing and we will continue to visit all of the 3 locations, of course my favorite will alway be the one in Sherman Oaks(good memories) . Carlos Vasquez

My husband and I had breakfast at Nat’s today. The hot cakes were good as well as the potatoes with onions and green peppers. Excellent service. Service was fast. The server was pleasant. The restaurant was clean!!! Great addition to the area.

Went this past Sunday for brunch. It was Sunday so of course there was a wait, but it was not long. Ordered poached eggs and they were perfect. Coffee cake was served fresh and warm. Service was great.

This place was great! The parking took a little navigating but the food was so worth it. I had the chorizo scramble and it was amazing. The service was great, except for the hostess who was a little frazzled and rough around the edges. The prices were very reasonable.

We’ve been to Nat’s in Chatsworth a couple of times and I’m glad that there is a Nat’s near my house now. I took my kids here for breakfast and the place is very clean and the service is not as great as their location in Chatsworth. In Chatsworth, my water and iced tea glass were always filled but at this location in Woodland Hills, I would ask for a refill and they would tell me that I have to tell my waiter. I’m not too happy about it but since they just opened, I’m sure they are working out the kinks. So we ordered the following: Chicken, Spinach, Mushrooms & Jack Cheese scramble($ 11): I substituted the chicken for spicy turkey sausage and got cheddar cheese instead and a cinnamon roll. It was very good. The flavors were all so delicious. The best part was the home made cinnamon roll. That was the crème de la crème of this dish! Kids pancake and bacon($ 5) — My daughter liked it. The bacon was nice and thick. Kids chicken tenders and fries($ 5) — It just came with two pretty small chicken strips so probably next time I’ll get my son the burger instead. We’ll be back but I hope the service will be better.

This is my new favorite breakfast place. I’ve been there twice in the past two weeks. The service is courteous and friendly. The portions are ample, except for the water glasses, I think they are too small. The parking hasn’t been a problem. The workers I’ve met are friendly. I think the food is delicious. The jam is so good, on the rye bread is the best! It was busy today but no wait and the waitress was very kind to my son. We will be back to Nat’s

I love this place, the service here is amazing. The waitress and waiters are the best, friendly, warm and courteous. The food is good, my favorites are the chicken fried steak and corn beef hash. My daughter swears she loves the pancakes. Regardless it feels like home every time I come here.

Just like Nat’s in Canoga Park, the food is great. I like this location since it is closer to me and is newer and a more spacious place. Menu is just like the other locations. Staff overall was courteous and attentive. I left a big tip since they helped retrieve something that was dropped behind the waiting area couch. Caution, those couches are installed to the floor/wall and do not move so if you or a little one drop something small between the window pane and the back of the couch… good luck getting it back!

I love Nat’s! I had a Tuna Melt Supreme with Tater Tots. The service was amazing and so was the food. Definitely coming back!

This is a great breakfast spot to bring your entire family! They are primarily geared towards breakfast, and close their doors fairly early in the afternoon(4pm?). So get there early if you don’t want a huge wait at 11AM! They have something for everyone-and if you’re fan of tortilla soup you must try it! The best I’ve had. The breakfast is classic, delicious, and the service is prompt! If you want to classic breakfast, go to Nats.

Prices are sooo beyond reasonable. You get the feel of an old school diner with some surprising additions like machaca and eggs. I believe this is a new location so they are still figuring out the server situation, but I love that it doesn’t matter if it is the owner, the server or the runners everyone is willing to stop what they are doing to see if you need anything. I usually park on the street where it is metered parking, but I hear that there is a lot in the back. I like that there is a counter area with a tv as well. Love coming here when I want breakfast for lunch. Definitely a must try in the valley. Especially if you are looking to replace Bobby’s who HAD been a staple breakfast spot for years and now have upped there prices like crazy(all in relative terms of course). Again this is a must try. Only negative is that like most other diners it closes after lunch.

So we were so excited to try this new neighborhood restaurant. We are big breakfast people and the idea of a new go to was exciting. Our friends from Sherman oaks told us all about the place and said the Food was incredible. We noticed a line in front of the restaurant and sent our daughter in to find out how long the wait would be since we were starving. She was advised 15 – 20 minutes — we placed our name on the list and went to find parking. First issue– very limited parking so beware. Most parking is metered so unless it’s Sunday– be prepared. After waiting 30 minutes for a table we asked the woman(see picture attached) how much longer the wait would be. The response was appalling. She stated there were 3 groups ahead of us and it would be at least another 10 minutes. It was stated rudely and almost like we were being annoying(mind you this was the first time we asked) I let her know that she had told my daughter 15 minutes and now with her new timing it would be 40 minutes. Her response: I am not a mind reader and do not know how long people will stay at their tables. Are you kidding me? Last time I checked I was the customer. Excited to be with my family on a Sunday morning and try a new restaurant. She not only was disrespectful in public but rude and crude to me in front of my children. It took full restraint not to go off on her and leave and never return but we had already waited 30 minutes and we wanted to see if the food was really that incredible not to mention we were starving . We were seated after waiting 45 minutes. The menu showed great variety and the prices were reasonable. Our drink order was taken promptly although the food order seemed to take forever before we were asked — yes it was past an hour since we had first walked into the door and we hadn’t placed an order. By the time we received our food it was seriously one hour and 45 minutes from when we entered Nats. Honestly, I don’t care how good the food is that is way tooooo long to wait for breakfast. So the food… Homemade muffins were incredible — warm and Delish. My husband had coffee cake, and my kids had blueberry, and chocolate chip. Our breakfast was incredible — the home made corned beef hash was really good and the portions were generous. I guess our 2 complaints would be :‘ The greeter in front had the worst attitude enough to never want to come back in and the wait for a table and food just honestly isn’t worth it and would probably keep us away. A 2 hour breakfast dining experience for eggs doesn’t fit into our schedule . So yes if you have the time — the food does live up to its reputation but everything else needs some work.

Our friends enthusiastically shared Nat’s in Sherman’s Oaks with us more than a decade ago. It reminded us of a New York dinner and the Lox, eggs and onions were browned to perfection as were the bagels. We loved the down to earth quality and kitsch and their jam. I found the Canoga Park diner very vanilla though. Normally I am a healthy eater(Hugo’s, Leo and Lillies, Blue Jam and Whole Food faire) but my roots pull me back to old fashion diners. I have a hunger for an egg breakfast with the sassy waitresses and all. Was I disappointed. Either my taste buds have evolved, this restaurant is getting it’s sea legs or it was just like an IHOP with nothing outstanding to brag on. IHOP at least has signature coffee in a carafe. Our waitress had the personality of a fish. The look of the place lacks warmth or clippings on the wall that give it a «history» like they have. I specified brown onion and they were white, bagel was not toasted(we returned it and the exchange was toasted.) Coffee was good. It’s not trendy, divy or charming. Bummer. I’ll give it one more try for a Huevo’s Ranchero’s. Got to visit Brent’s for Lox.

I’ve been to Nat’s both at Sherman Oaks and Canoga Park before. I can’t say the visits were memorable. When I saw the Grand Opening sign of this new branch in Woodland Hills while driving by, I was curious to see if this was any different. This Nat’s is in what used to be our favorite local Italian restaurant, Giovanni’s. The layout inside is pretty much the same, except with new booths and a new paint job. Metered street parking only. First off, the service is great. Our drinks were refilled regularly and the waitress checked in with us. While the prices are a few dollars less than our usual go-to breakfast place, Lovi’s, the food is nothing to write home about. I ordered a French Toast with bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs, with a side of blueberry muffin. Eggs are good, bacon ok. Sausage has a real strong sage flavor. However, the French Toast looks and tastes like premade, very disappointing. There’s a yellow color throughout without much of an egg taste. The blueberry muffin was meh, tasting like a muffin I can pick up at the supermarket. If I want to save a few bucks, I might come back, but if I want better tasting food, at least for breakfast, I’d go to Lovi’s.

Yummy! Patty melt and fried for lunch today! They’re having the Grand Opening this Sunday. Come check it out!
