The customer service is exceptional! Dr. Hamlet and his staff are truly amazing! I’ve been coming here for years even if I live 25 miles away. I highly recommend Moore Vision if you’re looking for an optometrist.

Spanish, and English available, making an appointment is easy and flexible. Had everything done all at once, including getting a wild cool pair of glasses. Dr. Hamlet is so personable, you feel like you have known him forever. All he wants to do is help you SEE. Make the time to get your eye gear here. Great prices with lots of frame choices.

Everyone who works here is great. From the doctor to the guy who handed me my glasses. I walked in without an appointment and there was 3 – 4 other customers inside, my visit didnt exceed 30 minutes, and I picked up my glasses 3 days later.
The only downside is they dont have a huge variety of frames, but if they can they are willing to put lenses into frames that you bring in.
Going to keep coming here for many years.

I haven’t had an exam for over 2 years… And just needed a new prescription for my new glasses I had got online.
But thank goodness I came in here! The Dr. Took his time with me and explained what was going on with my eyes. Which blew my mind! He was like a magician! My eyes actually needed a not so strong prescription! And they were just getting strained from all my computer work! There is so much more that I learned too! He was so patient, informative, and just overall a very kind human!
You can tell he really cares about people! And not trying to make money!
I will definitely be coming back for all things to do with my eyes! And definitely will be recommending him to everyone I know! Do yourself a favor and your eyes a favor and go see Dr. Minasvand! Your eyes will be thanking you!!!

Giovanni just fixed my sun glasses in less than 5 minutes! They are very old and I thought they had no hope.
He did not even want to charge me for his work!
I used to live around the corner and I am far away now, but I will make sure to come back once I will have to renew my reading glasses prescription.

I am only echoing the praise here but– damn. I am pleasantly surprised to find that the service here is so down to earth and respectful to all patients. They are not about the up-​sell, but helping you to see clearly.
The doc is from New York, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable as he is a no bullshit kind of guy. (nearly impossible to find in LA) He appeased my germ issues by doing extra cleaning when asked and didn’t even make me feel bad about it.
Highly, highly recommend.

This is the greatest place to come, have an eye exam and purchase glasses or contacts at great prices! CSR, Betty was very nice and helpful when I called to make my appointment for that same day. Upon my arrival I was attended by another friendly CSR (sorry forgot her name) I soon saw Dr. Hamlet Minasvand, who did a thorough eye examination. He is a true professional, very engaging, extremely nice, and very good looking! He made a few suggestions regarding the glasses I was to order and I was on my way to see Joavanni at the front desk to get a great discount on my glasses! What more could I asked for! The following are the reasons that this small optometry has been in business for over 22 years: a knowledgeable and professional optometrist, great customer service, nice hard working friendly staff, and wonderful prices!

Amazing! I booked appointment and got eye exam and my GLASSES all done within the same day for just one hour, not to mention with great quality and price too! :) So never judge a book by its cover, this place is definitely diamond in the rough lol…

Staff is super friendly and pretty quick. The optometrist is nice and professional… Another great thing is they accept most health insurances

I don’t understand how people have a good experience here. I was treated extremely poorly the moment I walked through the door. The woman working the front didn’t even seem to know that I had made an appointment the day before.
I was told when I called to make an appointment that my insurance was covered. When I got there they said they didn’t take it. I took off work to go get my eyes check and they wasted my time.
Extremely unprofessional.

I received great service! I ordered a pair of contacts and when I tried them on they didn’t fit right. The manager (I think he was the manager) took them back and refunded my money instantly — no questions asked — very very pleasant. I love when a business makes things easy instead of giving you a hard time or an attitude. I would definitely come back to Moore Vision for frames as well — they have a good selection of cool frames. (Gucci, etc.)

Absolutely love this place! Everyone has great customer service! Sarkis is probably the nicest people I have met… he is very patient and helpful and they have such a variety of glasses!!! I never write reviews but this place is worth spending a moment of time. I had come here a lot when I was younger for my prescription lenses and just recently visited again. The quality of service is is just as great! They came to fix my frames that were crooked and nose pads that were leaving purple marks on my nose from Costco I lose quickly attended and I’ll in less than 10 minutes with clean and aligned glasses at no charge which was really cool considering I didn’t buy those frames from there.

Very good prices, variety of different brands and frames. Luis and Giovanni offer an excellent customer service, sometimes they might get busy, but the wait is worth it. I do recommend this place!
