I lived here for 7 years and had a couple managers some blah some good. There was a gym painted with red walls lol and a balcony to sit out on and tan. We got a new manager and she remodeled the gym and it looked amazing. new flooring, new paint. there are also two saunas inside the gym I used to help myself relax. I had a fire place, bar fro my drinks, huge balcony, wood floors, granite counter tops. they also redid the sun tanning area on top new sun chairs and repainted all the floors. Jacuzzi is okay. I only give them a five because they gave me all me deposit back after I moved and helped me forward my mail and did I mention my rent was only $ 2495 Update to review — also I am shocked that anyone complained about Ashley. She was awesome. She let me park in her tandem parking spot for a month, she always reminded me to pay my rent, she even bought us flowers for condolences once. I never saw a bug in my life. Also she is the one that did all the remodels around here and yes the rent went up from my 1895 to 2495 but the place was way overpriced. its huge inside and upgraded. she upgraded all my floors from carpet and countertops too. Just a side note because we are actually moving back in the building next week and saw there reviews. After we moved out and saw how life is elsewhere we wanted to be back

If you are looking into living here, please read my review… To start, I am not a completely unhappy former tenant. I did somewhat enjoy my time here. The remodeled apartments are nice. Kitchen/bath upgrades, nice laminate flooring, good amount of square footage, etc. but you can find that in a lot of places in the area. Here are some things you should know about the building if you are considering moving here — firstly I find it laughable that the only review other than mine is from the property manager. Of course she’s going to say it’s 5⁄5 — beware of your lease. It will say they charge for repainting the entire apartment if you stay less than 3 years. doesn’t make a lot of sense if you think about it. — my apartment had little roaches all over the place. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and mostly in the kitchen. And I am a very clean person, never leaving food/trash around. — the walls were so thin that I knew what time my neighbors went to bed(and when they had sex) when their kids had nap time(along with crying and screaming during bath time) and any music or tv could be heard from all around. I often would have to switch which room I slept in to finally get some sleep before work. Very frustrating. I contacted the manager and she stated she would set up a meeting for us to discuss the noise issues all together. Um awkward? — for about half the amount of time I lived there(1 year) the spa was drained empty. So that was lovely… — the washers and dryers worked probably 2⁄3 of the time. And weren’t cheap(almost 5 bucks to do a small load of laundry) Many other tenants were rude and would leave their laundry in for many hours after it was finished. One tenant even stole my laundry basket that I had left in the laundry room for 30 minutes while my dryer finished. — there is a high school directly across the street and many of the students like to smoke and spray paint graffiti on the walls of the building and the next door building before class. Some gets cleaned off and some doesn’t(such a lovely view from my bedroom) — what put the cherry on top for me was when I had about 3 – 4 months left on my lease and management were going to unexpectedly raise the rent from 2395 to 2695. You know, just because. I’m sure there are much better places in the area. Especially for what they charge now. Good luck!
