I have been using Dr. Bruce for the last 6 years. She did my dental work before I left the country and when I had a major accident. Since then I have been going back on the work she has done. I have had no new work done to my mouth, nor have any additional problems occurred within those 6 years. Yet, I have still needed to come back. I feel that since my accident and ever having my cavities(which never hurt) filled, my mouth has never been the same. This was the first major dental work I have had. One of the fillings that she put in my tooth came out 3 months into my living out of the country. I began to only chew on my left side once I noticed. This problem became worse a year later resulting in my needing a root canal and a crown… the most expensive procedure ever, which I have yet to complete. Why would I put a $ 700 crown on my tooth if there is a possibility that the crown can come off and I would have to repay for the crown to be put on? She does not provide any guarantee on her dental work and they continue to charge when the same tooth needs work again. I was not happy with that idea. Instead, I would prefer to know that the work will be permanent and that a payment of close to $ 1000 bucks would be all it took to ensure I can chew on a certain side of my mouth again. She also did the dental work after a bad car accident I had. I did not want veneers because I didn’t trust the quality of the work. She added composite to the chipped teeth, which wore off. Six months later, she needed to repair the composite. Just recently, she charged me for an emergency visit to get a black line that had developed near the crack where she originally put the composite. Only thing, she didn’t tell me about the emergency visit fee. They simply stated they were fitting me in to the day. I don’t like that kind of work. Let me know what my up front costs are. If you are fitting someone in, let them know it is an additional cost of $ 45 not covered by your copay. I paid $ 125 bucks for her to repair the work she did before, which after it was done, I noticed the potential for the crack to develop immediately when I felt my teeth. I am not satisfied with the service here. It is subpar or simply to make bank. I have found another dentist that I will be using who will hopefully be honest with what they can do and the pricings they will offer.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Bruce as a dentist & person. I was referred to her by my neighbor. She is very personable taking time to get to know you before & during the appointment. She is very knowledge and cares about your dental health. When I was in major pain due to needing a root canal and couldn’t get into a orthodontist over the weekend she called to check on me and suggested a holistic pain remedies that worked. Love the service and genuine concern. I even had my husband switch to her and he was very impressed.

Technologically leading edge dental work delivered in a caring, compassionate, non judgmental way. Dr. Bruce and her staff have taken great care of me for two years now. Every person from the assistants, to the Dr., to appointments and billing have treated me kindly and respectfully. My body metabolizes novacaine at a high rate of speed and I require frequent re-injections and delays and Dr Bruce has always taken the time to treat me in a way that works for me. This has not always been the case with others who try to «power through» my treatments at their pace. I originally came to Dr Bruce as a recommendation from my endodontist to get crowns made and fitted. This office has the latest 3D crown and bite matching technology and can make crowns on site out of a blocks of ceramic with their computerized milling machine while you wait thus eliminating the need for multiple trips for shaping and fitting coloring etc… This is as good of an experience as going to the dentist is likely to get. «Uncle» Dave Sampson
