Millennium Shoes

I am so dissatisfied with this location. My boyfriend bought me some shoes they run a little big so I called in advance to ask them if it is ok I go trade the size. So I call and an employee answers and says let me check he puts me on hold for 13min and I finally hang up and call again and a girl answers and tells me we can’t help your right now we are getting ready to release shoes!!! I said excuse me !!! Then she she said hold on !!! I’m assuming someone told her something !! And she gets on the phone and says what size? I told her the size she said ok ! I told them I have the receipt and they were just bought two days ago ! And again she said ok and hung up! I was confused I didn’t know if she meant she had the size or if she accidentally hung up either way I drove to the store and as I walked up the store gates where closed and a employee was standing on the inside of the store not letting anyone in !! He was opening the glass door enough to stick his head out! And there was a line outside the store of maybe ⁵⁄₇ people waiting and I asked what’s going on the guy at the door daewon was very rude and looked high ! He was telling everyone to calm down that he just came out of two jobs he is tired and didn’t need this shit right now I was floored smh! I asked for the manager he brings over a young girl jasmine and she is equally as rude and said the Jordan’s line is to the left everyone and closed the door in my face without letting me speak. The guy daewon comes to the door again I told him I am not here for Jordan’s I don’t even wear Jordan’s I just want my shoe size changed I called in advance ! He looked at me in my eyes as I was talking and claws the glass doors in my face. And when he walks up to the door again I said excuse me what is your name !!! He said (what? What’s my name ?) looked and me and closed the glass doors ! At this point I got very upset nobody was giving customer service they had been open since 9am but didn’t let anyone in and it was 10:15 am they were treating customers like criminals asking what size and closing the doors. And soon as I said I am going to Unilocal this and talk to your corporate they opened the doors to the public. So as I walked in I asked Isaac the employee who opened the doors what is that guys name who was being very rude he said I’m sorry about that man and said his name is daewon … I told him he didn’t need to be the one apologizing but thank you anyway… Daewon yells laugh why did you tell. Her my name man and was laughing… so I wait in line to be attended and jasmine starts making comments at the register let me take this «she whispers» out of here because she — (stays quiet) … Totally unnecessary !!! I just ended up keeping the shoes size I came in with and decided to go else where even if I have to drive ²⁄₃ miles more I rather do that then be disrespected… Never will I shop here again bad bad bad customer service

I walked in the store and stood there for ten minutes and I could not get anyone to help me, the store was empty.

This store used to be great, i live a couple blocks away so I’d try and patronize this place as much as I can, but ever since the black cement release they’ve become real snobby, acting sorta rude when i try and ask about the new jordan retro’s and how many pairs will they be receiving, on some «we don’t need your business because we have dozens lined up who will buy them if you don’t».yea i understand i might not spend thousands a month here like your supposed «V.I.P» list you guys have, so loosing me as a loyal customer might not do much, but i know im not the only one you treat this way, hopefully you guys straighten out the customer service you guys extend to your everyday non «V.I.P.» members, this is for everyone except Vanessa, I love her, shes the best and always takes care of me: D
