Me and my BF are obsessed with Milkys! I especially love it bc they have several dairy free options. I can’t say enough great things. Love it!

I am not fond of this place. It really has gone downhill since the last time I visited. Flies buzzing air not working. Only cashier was rude.

This is about the business, not the yogurt. 2 out of the last 3 times Iv’e been there, they haven’t been able to take credit cards. Either they refuse to upgrade to functioning equipment, or the staff is incompetent. As I was finishing they asked if I had cash, I said no, they said they could not take a credit card. I explained I was pregnant and it is becoming difficult for me to come when I constantly am turned away. They did not care, the kid behind the register said it wasn’t his problem and there was nothing they could do. I STOODTHEREASTHEYTHREWMYYOGURTINTHETRASH. No thought to me as a customer, they would rather toss it and explain how it’s not their personal problem.

Not put together well. Looks dirty, run down, unkept, and the yogurt was just ok. The vegan flavors were too sweet. You can tell they don’t train their employees.

This place has good Vegan options and the yogurt is good but it’s not the best. There was a lady who worked there. I was going there it was close to me. I am Vegan and that’s the only frozen yogurt that i can have. She closed down before they are supposed to close.

This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here for dairy free ice cream and now the last four times I have come in the past couple months the machines are constantly broken or they’re out of flavors and the fruit is literally moulding. It is so disgusting. And the manager is impossible to get ahold of. I have left my phone number and never received a call back or anything as I wanted to let him know about some of the problems.

I’m sorry, I keep trying to come back and give this place more chances, but I just can’t anymore. We came in like an hour before closing time and all the toppings were put away. Fruit toppings are usually not fresh and kinda gross and/or frozen. Not worth it to me anymore.

When I think of a neighborhood yogurt place, I think of a fun, clean, bright, and inviting establishment. This place may have once been like that, but it just feels so dated, the décor is stale(not to mention crooked), the paint on the walls showing signs of age, and just an overall feeling that the owners don’t care anymore about spending on upkeep. The price of the yogurt is highway robbery(especially considering how cheap everything feels) for what it is and totally just not worth it. I think I’d rather go up the street on Robertson to other yogurt places where I am welcomed with a smile, a fun atmosphere, a friendly neighborhood feel, and a cleaner establishment. Their frozen yogurt is just as good, if not better with fresher and cleaner looking ingredients.

This place is a bit pricey in comparison to others but they have a good selection with some great flavors… some that you never find anywhere else! The previous few times I have visited, the toppings could have been refreshed and amped up a bit. The pomegranate frozen yogurt is terrific! It is nice and tart without being too sweet. Love it!

I never thought I’d say anything nice about a vegan dessert but the vegan peanut butter frozen yogurt was amazing. The guy working was very nice as well.

Mmmm Milky’s. Man this place is solid. The taste of the flavors last in your mouth and are great quality. Pistachio and Dolce Leche are my faves. More access to sampling should be permitted but other than that enjoy some frozen dreams. Two thumbs up

I don’t really understand the difference between vegan froyo or non vegan froyo so it didn’t make a difference to me… After a nice brunch I was craving a frozen treat and my friend brought me here. There’s some street parking with meters around the area, but don’t come at a busy time because I’m sure it will take FOREVER to park! After trying a couple of the flavors I settled for hazelnut, strawberry, and raspberry flavors and topped it with some more fruit. I really like the hazelnut flavor since it was nice and rich and went well with the other fruit flavors that were more tart. Their selection of toppings were lacking… but the basics were there. The place also could use an update, but overall it was fine — minimalist and clean. The buy working at the counter was also super friendly so that was good!

Popular with my lactose intolerant friends because Milky’s(ironically enough) has a good variety of non-dairy flavors. I appreciate that none of their flavors are too sweet(unlike Mensche’s) and there is always a place to sit down. I would take ice cream over frozen yogurt but in a pinch their thin mint, peanut butter, and chocolate flavors are quite refreshing.

Yummmmmm! VEGANFROYO! Guilt free frozen yogurt and only 90 – 120 calories per 4oz! :D Vegan Peanut Butter 5 stars — yum! This is a light and refreshing frozen yogurt. It tastes like peanut butter, but you don’t get that thick sticky feeling in your mouth! Definitely worth getting. Vegan Original 4 stars — good, light and refreshing. But if you want a lot of flavor… go for peanut butter or their other flavors froyo choices! Plenty of seating available inside and outside. There’s a restroom in the back! Ask for a sample cup! ;)

I love this place. I’ve been many times. The coconut flavor is absolutely delicious, and they are very generous with tasting cups. I just wish they had a little bit more toppings especially fruit! A great location too!

Froyo! Not much to say about this place either, other than that they serve up some pretty tasty froyo. Located a little out of the way, with an exterior that looks a lot less promising than what they actually have to offer. On selection were close to 20 different flavors, serving up a variety of tastes and dietary restrictions, with sample cups up for grabs near the centrally-located cashier. Opting for something a little richer, I went with their chocolate, nutella, and peanut butter flavors, which were all quite tasty. ***Accessibility Info*** Venue — A large, open space, with the machines on one end, and a smattering of two-tops on the other, making for easy access and seating. Bathroom — Didn’t check them out, so no comment.

VEGANFROYO! Not sorbet, ACTUALFROYO!!! Always 4 vegan flavors. Toppings clearly marked, too. YAY the peanut butter is TOPNOTCH the vanilla has a weird tart/chemically flavor that I remember from my dairy days. so I guess it tastes authentic… but me no likey.

I am a frozen yogurt whore. I am always on the hunt to find the best frozen yogurt places all over areas wherever I’m currently located. Right now it’s LA area. There is a frozen yogurt place back in NorCal that serves vegan frozen yogurt made with soy milk. It’s probably the best frozen yogurt place that I’ve been to yet. It makes me sad that they don’t have any locations down in SoCal, but I have been looking for a yogurt place that is similar that has yogurt made with soy milk. That’s how I came across Milky’s Frozen Yogurt. Comparing this place to the place in NorCal wouldn’t even be a fair competition at all… Milky’s yogurt is far from being as good as the one back in NorCal. However, it’s not too bad at all especially with vegan choices. Most of the flavors are your typical frozen yogurt flavors. They have my favorite peanut butter so I was pretty satisfied with that. I also found it pretty interesting that they had vegan choices that were made with almond milk and it was actually really good! Yummmm I don’t live close to this area so I don’t know if I will ever have the chance to come back… but from what I experienced I think that this place does have potential to be one of the better yogurt places that I’ve ever been to.
