I highly recommend Corey. With the right balance of discipline, information and sense of humor, he’s a great all around trainer. Corey focuses on core strength and fitness along with cardio to help you tone muscles and feel great. He will work with you in outlining and achieving your fitness goals through diet and exercise goals. Corey is also available after hours to answer any questions about my diet through text — a true ‘fitnesspal’. I have been able to see results pretty fast and fell like a totally new person. My sessions with Corey are something I look forward to now. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone.
