Mi Salon And Spa

I’ve been meaning to sing the praises of Mi Spa and Salon for a while now, and I’m finally happy to have a chance to do that today!
When you walk into Mi, the ambiance of the salon itself is Thai inspired and very clean. The salon is decorated with pink orchids, lucky ceramic cats and small Hindu statues that sit along the shelves.
The salon’s only nail technician, Fatima, is very consistent in her work and truly skilled at her craft. I continue to go back to this salon solely for the amazing nail services she provides.
So far, I’ve had my nails done and my eyebrows waxed by Fatima, but Mi also offers hair, massage and other typical salon services.
The pricing for manicures is very reasonable, ranging from $ 20-​$ 40, depending on what you want done. My nails always last a minimum of 2 weeks every time (which is very impressive for acrylics)! Fatima is very easy to get along with and she always encourages me to try something new, which I love! From traditional square tips, round tips, stiletto tips to painted designs, sticker décor, and gems — Fatima can pretty much give you whatever you want.
Sometimes store hours fluctuate outside of the posted times on Unilocal,so I would advise calling ahead before paying a visit. Making an appointment ahead of time is recommended, but not required. On weekends, the parking lot gets full easily, so your best bet is to stop by on a weekday.
Hollywood is always overpriced, so it’s so nice to finally find a place in LA that executes lovely nails at an even lovelier price. Thanks for the wonderful service Mi Spa and Salon!

Nail salon is open late, that was, actually, the reason I went there. They don’t do gels, but acrylics. I wish they used more disposable instruments for work. That would make people more confident to get their manicure with them. Nail tips were not polished at all, so the job is not accurate. Well, it’s 15 bucks, what did you expect?

When it comes to hair I’m a really picky and believe me I had tried so many different hair stylists in Koreatown from Kim Sun Young to many other ones, no one has able to get the hairstyles I want, we’ll one day my son’s barber closed his shop and my husband decided to try this salon, a good job was done, to the next haircut I took my son my self to my surprise there she was Fatima, she did another good job with my son, so I decided to go for it and voila, the perfect hair cut with all my requirements and specifications done, she is so good, she knows what’s she doing, prices are the best ever, prior visiting the salon just give her a call cuz she is the only one there!!!
