Mi Carbonero Restaurant

This Salvadorean restaurant is delicious! I am 100% Salvadorean and the pupusas where yummy as well as the horchata and tamarindo juice! will definitely go to this place again. mmm!!!

Let me start by saying that their pupusas are great. I’m giving them a one star for their customer service. I’m never ever ordering from them again! I placed an order of 15 pupusas in the morning and had told them I was picking them up at 6:15pm. I get there on time and the cashier can’t find my order, then she finds it & charges me. Turns out my order is not ready. I waited 15 minutes before they gave me my order. I get home start serving my family & realize 2 are missing, now I’m piss the f**k off! So I called them and told them what they did and they told me that they did give me my order correct! That got me even more piss! I told her, «look I called you to tell you that my order wasn’t complete.» «I paid for something & didn’t get what I ordered!» «I’m not asking you for the 2 pupusas you didn’t give me!» «Im just letting you know that you guys f**ked up and that it’s was also my fault for not checking my order before I left!» Which I shouldn’t even be doing that!
Well lesson learned! Even when I’m in a hurry, always make sure to check my order before these f**ks make it seem like I want to jack them for what I really paid for!
Never going back!
