In terms of their mobile service, I’m satisfied. The internet really sucks to stream music and don’t even think about watching youtube but in all fairness, you get what you pay for. So i won’t complain in that department. Now as far as their customer service inside the store, i would say i have mixed feelings. When I’m inside the store some of the employees are helpful and attentive and others… not so much. I also won’t forget the time i called to ask if they could install a phone for me only to be told that they were closing when in fact i found out that closing time was actually 2hours away and they just didn’t want any more customers coming in. Very misleading…

This place has the worst customer service ever! I recently upgraded from a iPhone 4s to a iPhone 6s Plus(factory unlocked) which was purchased at the Apple Store in Glendale. Day 1 — I go to this so called official main store for Metro pcs to get it hooked up. I had to buy a new SIM card $ 10 bucks, no biggie but then they say it’s another $ 15 bucks for«them“to switch my service from the old phone to the new phone in the store or call customer service and they’ll do it for free! I go the free route, and I was able to use their phone in the store for faster service. After about 20 minutes of waiting and dealing with some idiot on the phone that barely spoke English it supposedly gets hooked up with their biggest plan = 4GLTE unlimited everything! Which I already had for my old phone. They tell me you can make calls right now, but ur internet service might take up a ½ hour to turn on. Ok, Kool thanks! Well at least I thought it was. The internet never came on! Day 2– I go back to Metropcs to see why I’m not getting internet service. They can’t figure it out! The best they can come up is that The Apple Store sold me a bunk $ 800 phone? Really? Ok, giving them the benefit of the doubt I smash out to the Apple Store to have them look at the phone. They run all their test and troubleshoot the problem. Whatever SIM card and service they activated on the iPhone 6s Plus isn’t compatible. That’s the problem, NOTTHEPHONE! So there I go back to metro with a hand written letter letting them know the problem. Yet the idiots don’t know anything about it or what Apple is talking about? FML, they insist that the phone is defective. I walked out of there not only frustrated and out of patience. I noticed that there’s a ATT store across the street and decide to see if they can hook it up? I was in and out of that store in 20 minutes with Full service and No «Extra charges for a new SIM card or to activate my phone to their network.» I was even able to keep my same number! Thanks ATT and Shame on You idiots at metroPCS.

This place is extremely mismanaged. The women who work here have no idea what«Customer Service» means. They need to work on better employee training. I definitely recommend you try a different Metro Pcs location.
