Great staff, I always enjoy coming in here. The reps take a bit long but I understand since they’re trying to take care of every question with detail.

Here now. The security guard is standing next to a sound system that is blasting horrible r & b easy listening. They are contradicting the gracious advice from another metro pcs to try to sell us more shit instead of granting us a credit & acting like these are «free» add ons. Terrible. They don’t even have the phone we are being forced to use now since the T Mobile merger. RUN FROM METRO PCS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. AWFUL. The reps don’t even know when their shipments or anything comes in, They can’t even go in the back because the girl said staff keeps stealing product. Terrible!!!

this metropcs is really crowded and very slow service. It is one of the main offices of metro-​pcs, oohh boy
they are slow and very very (did I say) SLOW
I go there and they take your name but then watch out the staff is taking a snooooooooozy break every time you go there. they are always on a snoozy break.
they have a lot of staff but most are just talking to each other or just not there.
I had to switch phone the guy takes my phone and goes back and forth few times and at end says well we can’t activate this yet. and I go to another one and walllah it is done.
i give them a zero but then we start at one star.
