worse store ever, No one knows anything! Ever! besides the fact that they are no suppose to charge you to keep your same phone number they charge you 3 dollars to make a payment, which i am not sure it is 100 percent legal, the main girl working there knows absolutely nothing about phones or her job. there is a better store on avenue 58, believe me you will thank me later

I actually been here before but, i didn’t have a chance to review it the first time around. I actually came here because I wanted to add an extra line for my sister. If you are just shopping around for a new cell phone or data plan. The staff will help you out and answer all your questions. Even the price that they will quote you will be the same if you decide to come in the next day. I have found that their prices are very reasonable(meaning activation fee, etc.,), compared to other Metro PCS retailers around the area. The staff does seem kinda serious or nonchalant but don’t fret, there cool. The location of this retailer is actually really good. Parking is free and most of the time available within a few feet. Note: shaded parking is limited. The retailer is located next to a doughnut shop and dry cleaners. If you are still not aware where they might be located. There is a RAC(Rent-A-Center) towards the north east of the plaza with a Fallas Paredes(clothing store) at the center of the plaza. I made this Metro PCS my primary choice because I went to the other one located on Ave 58& Fig. but noticed that the staff paid no attention to me and helped others. Also their prices for activating new lines was a tad expensive. They also seemed to be put off to tell you how much something might cost you until they take a look at your phone and the plan that you decide to get. On a final note: if you are new to Metro PCS i would highly suggest that you view their data plans, family plans, and phones online before going to any of there retailers. This will help you and the staff avoid any unnecessary entanglements. I don’t remember fine print, but read that too. I did go when they had a discount on the LG Motion for $ 50 but that was after rebate. That took awhile. I would say anywhere from 2 – 3 months.
