Mendoza Income Tax Service

Very unhappy with the service, would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional, you make it clear on the sign up sheet who you request and they send you with someone else. I was so upset I let the girl know she didn’t care.

I used to attend a different tax payer and I was not received the money I receive now. I now get a lot more, very impressed. Considering I have a family to support, this came in handy. Warning, it may be a bit packed but you will be seen. Be patient, I learned that it’s worth the wait. I do recommend this to others, the vibe is really welcoming.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and money.
It sucks to write a review as I am Latino myself, and the majority of the people who work at this place are Latino, but the truth must be heard.
Went there a few days ago because my mom recommended them.
When I was there there were like only 2 people there waiting. I signed my named and eagerly awaited my name to be called. Then five or six people showed up and signed their name.
I was thinking my name would be called, but instead these morons ended up calling the people who came AFTER I arrived. WTF?
I came in with my mom, and she got up after we saw this happened for an hour, and told them what was going on.
They didn’t care at all. Talk about poor business practice. You have a customer waiting an hour to be served, you let several people cut in from of him, and this is how you run your business?
Terrible. My mom and I eventually left and took our business to someone else.
