What the heck is wrong with this company? My review is similar to the other two on here… Requested a specific suit from Amazon, was sent a similar suit but not the actual item I requested, then when I contacted them about it, they made it seem like it was MY fault. Shame on this company and their business practices.

I ordered a suit for a friend’s wedding and first they shipped me the wrong suit and then they sent me the correct suit but it was not even close to fitting. I sent it back and was told several times I’d get a refund over email from Sean at Megasuits. I was also given excuses that they were «in the process of moving offices and my refund would happen in the next week» which was over 5 weeks ago. I have still yet to receive a refund and my emails are no longer being answered. DO NOT order from this company!

I had a friend who ordered suits for his wedding. Mine did not fit, so I had to pay 40 bucks to ship it back, then waited for 3 weeks until the wedding was getting close. When I called to ask about my replacement suit, they told me they needed to get their original suit back first. After I sent the tracking number to them they saw it had been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks. They then sent me back the exact same suit which did not fit the first time. Thank goodness for Men’s Wearhouse… they matched the colors and solid customer service. I do not recommend ordering a suit, without trying it on, from a place with poor customer service.
